【摘要】：目的:探討HIV相關(guān)型Kaposi肉瘤的臨床特點。方法:回顧性分析4例資料完整的HIV并發(fā)Kaposi肉瘤臨床資料。結(jié)果:患者均為漢族人,皮損累及面部及口腔的3例,伴有雙上肢皮損1例,肛周出現(xiàn)皮損1例。胸部CT均有微結(jié)節(jié)或彌漫性結(jié)節(jié)及毛玻璃影。皮損組織病理均診斷為Kaposi肉瘤,免疫組化結(jié)果:CD31(+),CD34(+),Ⅷ因子(+)3例,人皰疹病毒(HHV)-8(+)2例。CD4~+細(xì)胞數(shù)均低于1.2×10~8/L,平均0.495×10~8/L,HIV RNA均高于2.0×10~(10)拷貝/L,平均為5.77×10~(11)拷貝/L。結(jié)論:HIV相關(guān)型Kaposi肉瘤在漢族人中發(fā)病率極低,該病的發(fā)生有可能與CD4~+細(xì)胞數(shù)極低和病毒載量較高有關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical features of HIV associated type Kaposi sarcoma. Methods: the clinical data of 4 cases of HIV complicated with Kaposi sarcoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results: all the patients were Han nationality. The skin lesions involved the face and oral cavity in 3 cases, the skin lesions of both upper limbs in 1 case, and the perianal lesions in 1 case. All chest CT showed micronodules or diffuse nodules and fundus. The histopathological diagnosis of the lesions was Kaposi sarcoma. The immunohistochemical results were as follows: CD34 (3 cases), HHV-8 (2 cases), CD4~ (all less than 1.2 脳 10 ~ (8) / L, average 0.495 脳 10 ~ (8 / L) RNA were higher than 2.0 脳 10 ~ (10) copy / L, the average copy / L was 5.77 脳 10 ~ (-1) copy / L (P / L). Conclusion the incidence of Kaposi sarcoma in the Han nationality is very low, which may be related to the very low number of CD4 ~ cells and the high viral load.
