【摘要】：間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)是一種具有高度自我更新能力、多向分化潛能和強(qiáng)大的免疫調(diào)節(jié)能力的多功能非造血干細(xì)胞�？梢酝ㄟ^抑制T細(xì)胞、B細(xì)胞、抗原提呈細(xì)胞(antigen-presenting cell,APCs)以及自然殺傷細(xì)胞(natural killer cell,NK)介導(dǎo)的免疫反應(yīng),從而發(fā)揮其免疫調(diào)節(jié)的能力。自身免疫性疾病是指由于機(jī)體對自身抗原發(fā)生免疫應(yīng)答而導(dǎo)致自身組織損害所引起的疾病。隨著多種新型生物制劑的出現(xiàn),該類疾病得到了更好的控制,但是仍然有一些難治性患者應(yīng)用現(xiàn)有的治療無效。而大量研究顯示,MSCs可以通過多種免疫調(diào)節(jié)途徑有效治療自身免疫性疾病。但鑒于自體MSCs移植療效受患者自身疾病情況和年齡影響較大,具有移植宿主的免疫豁免特性異基因MSCs在自身免疫疾病治療領(lǐng)域備受關(guān)注。本文就MSCs對多種免疫細(xì)胞的影響及異基因MSCs移植在自身免疫性疾病中的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) is a multifunctional non-hematopoietic stem cell with high self-renewal ability, multi-differentiation potential and strong immunomodulatory ability. The immune response mediated by T cell B cells, antigen-presenting cells (APCs) and natural killer cells (natural killer cells) can be inhibited to exert its immunomodulatory ability. Autoimmune disease is a disease caused by autoimmune response to autoantigen. With the emergence of a number of new biological agents, the disease has been better controlled, but there are still some refractory patients using the existing treatment is ineffective. A large number of studies have shown that MSCs can effectively treat autoimmune diseases through a variety of immunomodulatory pathways. In view of the fact that the efficacy of autologous MSCs transplantation is greatly affected by the patient's own disease and age, allogeneic MSCs with immune immunity characteristics of the host has attracted much attention in the field of autoimmune disease treatment. This article reviews the effects of MSCs on various immune cells and the research status of allogeneic MSCs transplantation in autoimmune diseases.
