【摘要】：目的了解貴州省成年居民血脂異�；疾‖F(xiàn)狀及其危險因素,為血脂異常的預防控制提供參考依據。方法于2011年8—12月采用多階段分層整群隨機抽樣方法對在貴州省抽取的9 280名≥18周歲成年居民進行問卷調查、體格檢查和實驗室檢測。結果貴州省成年居民血脂異常者患病率為58.1%,高總膽固醇血癥、高甘油三酯血癥、高低密度脂蛋白膽固醇血癥和低高密度脂蛋白膽固醇血癥患病率分別為11.9%、18.9%、9.6%和37.4%;貴州省成年居民對血脂異常診斷的知曉率為3.9%,男性和女性居民知曉率分別為3.7%和4.1%,城市和農村居民知曉率分別為4.2%和3.8%,18~44、45~59和≥60歲居民知曉率分別為1.9%、5.7%和6.3%,居民血脂異常診斷知曉率隨著年齡增長呈增高趨勢(χ2=58.253,P0.001);多因素非條件logistic回歸分析結果顯示,居住在農村、吸煙、飲酒、紅肉攝入過多、谷薯類攝入不足、高血壓、糖尿病和超重/肥胖是貴州省成年血脂異�；疾〉奈ｋU因素。結論貴州省成年居民血脂異�；疾÷瘦^高,且對血脂異常診斷的知曉率較低;居住地及是否吸煙、飲酒、紅肉攝入過多、谷薯類攝入不足、高血壓、糖尿病、超重/肥胖為該地區(qū)成年居民血脂異常患病的主要危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence and risk factors of dyslipidemia in adult residents of Guizhou province, and to provide reference for prevention and control of dyslipidemia. Methods from August to December 2011, 9 280 adult residents aged more than 18 years were selected from Guizhou province by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling. The questionnaire survey, physical examination and laboratory examination were carried out. Results the prevalence rate of dyslipidemia in adult residents of Guizhou Province was 58.1. The prevalence rate of hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia was 58.1%. The prevalence rates of high and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were 11.918. 9% and 37. 4%, respectively. The awareness rates of adult residents in Guizhou province were 3. 9%, and those of male and female residents were 3. 7% and 4. 1%, respectively.
