數(shù)字化X線攝影系統(tǒng)評價成人大骨節(jié)病患者膝關節(jié)骨贅與下肢力學軸線的關系

【摘要】:目的研究數(shù)字化X線攝影系統(tǒng)評價成人大骨節(jié)病患者膝關節(jié)骨贅與下肢力學軸線的關系。方法 280例成人大骨節(jié)病患者,通過應用數(shù)字化X線評價拍攝膝關節(jié)前后位片,測量和計算股骨脛骨角、骨贅長度、骨贅突起指數(shù)、脛股關節(jié)間隙比,研究分析成人大骨節(jié)病患者膝關節(jié)骨贅突起指數(shù)與脛股關節(jié)間隙比、股骨脛骨角的關聯(lián)性。結(jié)果關節(jié)股骨脛骨角與股骨內(nèi)側(cè)髁骨贅突起指數(shù)、關節(jié)股骨脛骨角與脛骨內(nèi)側(cè)骨贅突起指數(shù)、關節(jié)脛股關節(jié)間隙比與股骨外側(cè)髁骨贅突起指數(shù)、而關節(jié)脛股關節(jié)間隙比與脛骨內(nèi)側(cè)髁骨贅突起指數(shù)等均呈現(xiàn)出正相關(P0.01)。結(jié)論數(shù)字化X線在成人大骨節(jié)病的研究中具有較高的應用價值;成人大骨節(jié)病患者膝關節(jié)骨贅與下肢力學軸線存在顯著的相關性,膝關節(jié)骨贅的發(fā)生與發(fā)展可能受到下肢生物力學變化的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the relationship between osteophyte of knee joint and mechanical axis of lower extremities in adult patients with Kashin-Beck disease by digital radiography system. Methods 280 adult patients with Kaschin-Beck disease were studied. The anterior and posterior position of knee joint was evaluated by digital X-ray, and the femur tibia angle, osteophyte length, osteophyte protuberance index and tibiofemoral joint space ratio were measured and calculated. The relationship between osteophyte protuberance index of knee joint and tibiofemoral joint space ratio and femur tibial angle in adult patients with Kashin-Beck disease (KBD) was studied. Results the index of osteophyte protrusions of femur angle and medial femoral condyle, the index of tibial angle and medial tibial osteophyte protuberance, the ratio of tibiofemoral joint space to lateral femoral condyle osteophyte protuberance index were found. The tibiofemoral joint space ratio and the osteophyte protuberance index of the medial tibia condyle showed a positive correlation (P 0.01). Conclusion Digital radiography is of great value in the study of Kaschin-Beck disease in adults, and there is a significant correlation between osteophyte of knee joint and mechanical axis of lower extremities in patients with Kaschin-Beck disease. The occurrence and development of osteophyte of knee joint may be affected by biomechanical changes of lower extremity.
