【摘要】：目的研究社區(qū)老人中出現(xiàn)衰弱綜合征(老年衰弱)與老年肌少癥的相關(guān)性。方法 2014年6月中國(guó)石油天然氣集團(tuán)公司中心醫(yī)院保健與老年醫(yī)學(xué)科進(jìn)行常規(guī)體檢的社區(qū)老年人538人(年齡65~97歲)。每位老人在完成常規(guī)體檢項(xiàng)目基礎(chǔ)上,由專門人員應(yīng)用老人綜合評(píng)估,篩查出處于老年衰弱或衰弱前期的老人,并對(duì)其應(yīng)用握力、步速及雙能X線測(cè)定(DXA)進(jìn)行肌肉質(zhì)量的評(píng)估,分析老年衰弱與老年肌少癥的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果老年衰弱或衰弱前期204例,老年肌少癥312例,老年衰弱或衰弱前期合并老年肌少癥197例。老年衰弱與老年肌少癥的相關(guān)性O(shè)R(95%CI)為3.76(2.02~4.05)。結(jié)論社區(qū)老年人中老年人肌少癥的診斷對(duì)色年衰弱的評(píng)估有重要的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the correlation between senile asthenia syndrome and senile myasthenia. Methods in June 2014, 538 elderly people (aged 65 ~ 97 years) from the central hospital of CNPC underwent routine physical examination in the department of health care and geriatrics. On the basis of completing the routine physical examination, each old person was screened out by a specialist in a comprehensive assessment of the elderly, and the muscle quality was evaluated by using grip strength, step speed and dual energy X-ray to determine the muscle quality of the elderly who were in the early stages of old age. To analyze the correlation between senile asthenia and senile myasthenia. Results 204 cases of senile weakness or pre-asthenia, 312 cases of senile myasthenia, 197 cases of senile weakness or pre-debilitating accompanied with senile hypomyopathy. The correlation between senile asthenia and senile oligocytopenia was 3.762.02 鹵4.05. Conclusion the diagnosis of myosis in the elderly in the community has important reference value for the evaluation of achroasthenia.
