【摘要】：目的了解2011-2015年涼山州農(nóng)村未婚青少年的HIV感染狀況,并針對性地提出防控建議。方法按照涼山州艾滋病哨點監(jiān)測方案進行資料收集,采用Epidata 3.1和SPSS 19.0統(tǒng)計軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進行整理和分析。結(jié)果 5年共監(jiān)測共9 536人,HIV的檢出率分別為4.15%(74/1 784)、3.55%(69/1 941)、2.10%(41/1 949)、2.52%(47/1 862)和1.55%(31/2 000),呈緩慢下降的趨勢。多因素非條件Logistic回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn)男性(OR=1.34)、彝族(OR=2.60)、有外出打工史(OR=1.75)、最近1年有不安全性行為(OR=1.72)、有吸毒史(OR=6.07)和拒答是否吸毒(OR=2.84)均能增加研究對象感染HIV的風險。小學文化(OR=0.61)和初中及以上文化程度(OR=0.28)能降低研究對象感染HIV的風險。結(jié)論涼山州未婚青少年群體HIV感染形勢嚴峻,彝族、男性、不安全性行為和吸毒是感染HIV的危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of HIV infection among unmarried adolescents in rural areas of Liangshan state from 2011 to 2015, and to put forward suggestions for prevention and control. Methods according to the sentinel surveillance program of AIDS in Liangshan state, the data were collected and analyzed by Epidata 3.1 and SPSS 19.0. Results the detectable rate of HIV in 9 536 people was 4.1574 / 1784 / 3.5595 / 69 / 1.941 / 2.1010, respectively, and there was a slow decrease in the rate of 4.1574 / 1784 / 3.5545 / 1.94 / 2.10 / 4.51 / 1.949 / 2.52 / 1 / 1 / 1 / 1 862) and 1.5535 / 2 000, respectively. Multivariate conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that male patients with OR 1.34, Yi nationality with OR2.60, with a history of working outside the home, had unsafe sex in the past year and had a history of drug abuse (OR6.07) and whether or not to take drugs or not (OR2.84) could increase the risk of infection with HIV. Primary school culture (0.61) and junior high school education (0.28) could reduce the risk of HIV infection. Conclusion the prevalence of HIV infection among unmarried adolescents in Liangshan Prefecture is severe. The risk factors of HIV infection are Yi nationality, male, unsafe sex and drug abuse.
