【摘要】：目的:目前國內(nèi)外學者均有報道甲狀腺功能亢進癥(Hyperthyroidism,簡稱甲亢)患者性激素水平會增高,但是結(jié)果不盡一致。本文將初步探討西寧地區(qū)甲狀腺功能亢進患者性激素各項指標的變化及其臨床意義。方法:對入選的240例甲亢患者及正常健康人用放射免疫分析法檢測性激素各項指標水平,并將甲亢組與正常對照組進行比較分析。結(jié)果:1、各甲亢組與對照組在年齡、性別、BMI、SBP、DBP、FPG、TC、LDL、HDL等方面無顯著性差異(P0.05);2、男性甲亢組血清中睪酮(T)(29.55±13.94ng/ml)、雌二醇(E2)(38.52±17.50pg/ml)含量較對照組T(22.57±9.02ng/ml)、E2(15.73±5.19 pg/ml)明顯增高,甲亢組與正常對照組比較有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);而促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黃體生成素(LH)、催乳素(PRL)測定結(jié)果與對照組比較差異不明顯,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。女性甲亢組促卵泡生成素(FSH)(18.36±9.03m IU/ml)較對照組FSH(10.49±5.37m IU/ml)明顯升高,促黃體生成素(LH)(21.10±9.93m IU/ml)較對照組LH(12.18±6.22m IU/ml)明顯升高,催乳素(PRL)(420.70±164.36u IU/ml)較對照組PRL(285.16±104.43u IU/ml)明顯升高,睪酮(T)(1.94±1.17ng/ml)較對照組T(0.56±0.26ng/ml)明顯升高,雌二醇(E2)(172.56±106.38pg/ml)較對照組E2(110.19±43.63pg/ml)明顯升高,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);3、漢族、回族、藏族甲狀腺功能亢進患者性激素指標無明顯差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1、在西寧地區(qū)男性甲狀腺功能亢進患者睪酮(T)及雌二醇(E2)水平較該地區(qū)健康人明顯升高。2、在西寧地區(qū)女性甲狀腺功能亢進患者促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黃體生成素(LH)、睪酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、催乳素(PRL)均較健康人明顯升高。3、甲狀腺激素與性激素關(guān)系密切,監(jiān)測甲狀腺功能亢進患者各項性激素水平變化是監(jiān)測甲狀腺功能亢進癥患者病情變化的重要指標之一。4、此次研究中西寧地區(qū)甲亢患者性激素指標在民族之間無差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: at present, domestic and foreign scholars have reported that the sex hormone level of hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism) patients will increase, but the results are not consistent. The changes and clinical significance of sex hormones in patients with hyperthyroidism in Xining area were discussed. Methods: the levels of sex hormones in 240 patients with hyperthyroidism and normal controls were detected by radioimmunoassay, and the results were compared between the hyperthyroidism group and the normal control group. Results there was no significant difference in age, sex and sex between the hyperthyroidism group and the control group in terms of age, sex, etc. The serum levels of testosterone and estradiol were 29.55 鹵13.94 ng / ml, 38.52 鹵17.50 PG / ml and 22.57 鹵9.02 鹵9.02 ng / ml / ml respectively in male hyperthyroidism group, and the levels of testosterone and estradiol in the serum of male hyperthyroidism group were 29.55 鹵13.94 ng / ml and 38.52 鹵17.50 ng / ml, respectively, and were significantly higher than those in the control group (22. 57 鹵9. 02 ng / ml vs 22. 57 鹵9. 02 ng / ml E215.73 鹵5. 19 pgmlP). There was no significant difference between hyperthyroidism group and control group (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LHN), prolactin (PRL) between hyperthyroidism group and control group (P 0.05). In the female hyperthyroidism group, the follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) was 18.36 鹵9.03m / ml higher than that in the control group (FSH(10.49 鹵5.37m IUP / ml), the luteinizing hormone (LHH) was 21.10 鹵9.93m / ml higher than that in the control group (LH(12.18 鹵6.22m / ml). Prolactin (PRL) 420.70 鹵164.36u / ml was significantly higher than that in the control group (PRL(285.16 鹵104.43u / ml), and the testosterone tit was 1.94 鹵1.17ng / ml (T = 0.56 鹵0.26ngg. / ml) higher than that in the control group (P / ml = 0.56 鹵0.26ngg. / ml). Estradiol (E _ 2H _ 2) 172.56 鹵106.38 PG / ml was significantly higher than that of the control group (E _ 2N 110.19 鹵43.63 PG / ml). There was no significant difference in sex hormone indexes between Han, Hui and Tibetan patients with hyperthyroidism (P 0.05). Conclusion the levels of testosterone and estradiol E _ 2 in male hyperthyroidism patients in Xining area are significantly higher than those in healthy people in Xining area. In Xining area, the levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (luteinizing hormone) in female patients with hyperthyroidism are significantly higher than those in healthy people in Xining area. LHH, T, E _ 2, PRL) were significantly higher than those in healthy subjects. Thyroid hormones were closely related to sex hormones. Monitoring the changes of sex hormone levels in patients with hyperthyroidism is one of the important indexes to monitor the changes of patients with hyperthyroidism. In this study, there is no difference in sex hormone levels among nationalities in patients with hyperthyroidism in Xining area.
