【摘要】：目的探討不同性別大學新生超重肥胖及高血壓與血清丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(ALT)異常的相關(guān)性。方法對4 236名入學新生測量身高、體重及血壓并檢測ALT水平,觀察ALT異常狀況,分析不同性別大學新生超重肥胖及高血壓對ALT異常的影響。結(jié)果大學新生ALT異常率為7.41%,男生ALT異常率(12.62%)明顯高于女生(2.84%)(P0.001)。隨著體重指數(shù)(BMI)和血壓水平的增高,男女新生ALT異常發(fā)生率均呈上升趨勢。校正混雜因素后,男生超重、肥胖者ALT異�；疾★L險是體重正常者的2.798倍(95%CI:2.086~4.156)和7.345倍(95%CI:4.965~11.422),女生超重肥胖者ALT異常患病風險分別是體重正常者的3.712倍(95%CI:2.023~7.145)和13.876倍(95%CI:6.992~28.567),低體重則是ALT異常發(fā)生的保護因子。男女生高血壓組ALT異�；疾÷史謩e是血壓正常組的4.765倍和4.023倍。結(jié)論大學新生超重肥胖及高血壓與血清ALT異常升高呈明顯正相關(guān),女生超重肥胖者發(fā)生ALT異常的風險較男生高,對BMI及血壓的監(jiān)測有助于ALT異常疾病的防控。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum alanine aminotransferase (alt) abnormality and overweight, obesity and hypertension in freshmen of different genders. Methods the height, weight and blood pressure of 4 236 freshmen were measured and ALT levels were measured. The abnormal ALT was observed and the influence of overweight, obesity and hypertension on ALT abnormality was analyzed. Results the abnormal rate of ALT in freshmen was 7.41, and the abnormal rate of ALT in male students was 12.62%, which was significantly higher than that in female students (2.84%, P 0.001). With the increase of body mass index (BMI) and blood pressure, the incidence of abnormal ALT in male and female freshmen showed an increasing trend. After adjusting for confounding factors, boys were overweight, The risk of abnormal ALT in obese persons was 2.798 times as high as that in normal subjects (95 CI: 2.086 / 4.156) and 7.345 times in 95 CI: 4.965 (11.422). The risk of abnormal ALT in overweight and obese girls was 3.712 times of that in normal subjects, and 13.876 times that of 95 CI: 2.0232.7.145) and 13.876 times of 95CIw 6.9922.5677.567. low body weight was the protective factor for the occurrence of ALT abnormalities. The prevalence of abnormal ALT in male and female hypertension group was 4.765 and 4.023 times higher than that in normal blood pressure group respectively. Conclusion there is a significant positive correlation between overweight obesity and hypertension in college freshmen and abnormal increase of serum ALT. The risk of abnormal ALT in overweight and obese female students is higher than that in male students. Monitoring BMI and blood pressure is helpful to the prevention and control of ALT abnormal diseases.
