紅花黃色素針對(duì)老年糖尿病合并腦梗死患者血糖水平的影響

【摘要】:目的研究紅花黃色素對(duì)老年糖尿病合并腦梗死病人,血液流變學(xué)、葡萄糖代謝以及對(duì)血漿C-肽水平的影響。方法選擇單純老年腦梗死患者60例,老年糖尿病合并腦梗死患者60例,健康年輕體檢者60例,三組患者均抽取空腹及口服葡萄糖75g后靜脈血,并檢測(cè)血液流變學(xué)、血糖、C肽水平。老年糖尿病合并腦梗死組在常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上給予紅花黃色素凍干粉針劑l00mg入生理鹽水250ml靜脈滴注,每天一次,以14天為1療程。入院后第1天和第14天分別抽空腹靜脈血和口服葡萄糖75g后靜脈血,檢測(cè)血液流變學(xué)、血糖、C肽水平。結(jié)果1、老年腦梗死病人全血粘稠度、紅細(xì)胞還原指數(shù)、血漿粘度、紅細(xì)胞凝集指數(shù)、紅細(xì)胞比積明顯高于年輕人(P0.05),空腹血糖和口服葡萄糖后2h、3h血糖較健康年輕人明顯升高(P0.05),空腹C肽和健康年輕人無明顯差異,而口服葡萄糖后1、2、3hC肽水平較健康年輕人明顯升高(P0.05)。2、老年糖尿病合并腦梗死病人用紅花黃色素治療后,全血粘稠度、紅細(xì)胞還原指數(shù)、紅細(xì)胞凝集指數(shù)明顯下降(P0.01),血漿粘度、紅細(xì)胞比積顯著下降(P0.05);空腹血糖、口服葡萄糖后1、2、3小時(shí)血糖較治療前明顯下降(P0.05);口服葡萄糖后1、2小時(shí)血清C肽水平明顯升高(P0.05),口服葡萄糖后3小時(shí)C肽水平無明顯變化(P0.05)。結(jié)論紅花黃色素具有改善老年腦梗死合并糖尿病病人的血液流變學(xué)、葡萄糖代謝和C肽水平,對(duì)防治糖尿病及其并發(fā)癥可能有一定的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effects of safflower yellow on hemorheology, glucose metabolism and plasma C-peptide levels in elderly diabetic patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 60 elderly patients with cerebral infarction, 60 elderly patients with diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction and 60 healthy young people were selected. The venous blood samples were collected from the three groups after 75 g of oral glucose and fasting, and the hemorheology was detected. Blood glucose C peptide level. The elderly diabetic patients with cerebral infarction were treated with safflower yellow lyophilized powder injection (l00mg) and normal saline 250ml once a day for 14 days as a course of treatment on the basis of routine treatment. On the 1st and 14th day after admission, the abdominal venous blood was emptied and the venous blood was taken after oral glucose 75 g. The hemorheology and the level of blood glucose C peptide were measured. Results 1. The whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte reduction index, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte agglutination index in the aged patients with cerebral infarction were determined. The specific hematocrit was significantly higher than that of the young people (P 0.05N), the fasting blood glucose (FBG) and the blood glucose at 2 h after oral glucose were significantly higher than that of the healthy young people (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the fasting C-peptide and the healthy young people. Compared with the healthy young people, the level of 3hC-peptide was significantly higher than that of healthy young people. The whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte reduction index, erythrocyte agglutination index, plasma viscosity and plasma viscosity of senile diabetic patients with cerebral infarction treated with safflower yellow pigment were significantly lower than those of healthy young people. The specific hematocrit decreased significantly (P 0.05), the fasting blood glucose, 1 ~ 2 h after oral glucose, and the level of serum C peptide increased significantly (P 0.05), and the level of C peptide did not change at 3 hours after oral glucose administration (P 0.05N), and the level of serum C peptide increased significantly (P 0.05) at 1 hour after oral administration of glucose (P < 0.05), and the level of serum C peptide increased significantly (P 0.05) at 1 hour after oral administration of glucose. Conclusion Safflower yellow can improve hemorheology, glucose metabolism and C-peptide level in elderly patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes, and may play a role in the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus and its complications.
