【摘要】：正補體B因子(complenment factor B,CFB)在2型糖尿病及心血管病患者脂肪組織及血清中水平升高,但與疾病發(fā)病機制的因果關(guān)系不明確。自發(fā)性高血壓大鼠(spontaneously hypertensive rats,SHR)脂肪組織及血清中CFB也升高。為明確CFB在代謝綜合征中的作用,研究者在SHR中敲除Cfb基因。Cfb基因敲除大鼠[Cfb(-/-)]出現(xiàn)糖耐量及胰島素敏感性改
[Abstract]:The level of positive complement B factor in adipose tissue and serum of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease was increased, but the causal relationship with the pathogenesis of the disease was not clear. CFB in adipose tissue and serum of spontaneously hypertensive rats were also increased. In order to clarify the role of CFB in metabolic syndrome, the researchers knocked out the Cfb gene. Cfb gene knockout rat in SHR [Cfbbn- r -] showed impaired glucose tolerance and insulin sensitivity.
