【摘要】：目的了解東北居民糖尿病的患病率、知曉率、治療率、控制率及其影響因素。方法采用方便抽樣方法選取東北地區(qū)年齡≥21的常住居民作為研究對象,通過問卷調(diào)查、體格檢查和實驗室檢查來獲取糖尿病相關(guān)因素的資料。結(jié)果東北居民糖尿病前期、糖尿病患病率分別為20.6%和10.4%。多因素分析年齡、糖尿病家族史、高血壓、高總膽紅素、高膽固醇、高尿酸是糖尿病前期及糖尿病的獨立危險因素(P0.05)。糖尿病知曉率、治療率、控制率分別為44.8%、33.1%、18.6%。結(jié)論東北居民糖尿病前期、糖尿病患病率較高,但知曉、治療和控制水平較低,應(yīng)加強糖尿病的篩查做到及早發(fā)現(xiàn),引導(dǎo)該地區(qū)居民合理飲食,加強鍛煉,積極的治療并有效控制糖尿病。
