【摘要】：目的觀察血尿酸(SUA)與發(fā)生慢性腎功能不全(CRF)風(fēng)險的相關(guān)性。方法選取2009年3月于我院健康查體中顯示血肌酐(Scr)水平正常,且完成3年隨訪者1181名為研究對象。根據(jù)SUA水平分為C1(360μmol/L)組726例,C2(360~420μmol/L)組253例,C3(420~480μmol/L)組123例及C4(480μmol/L)組79例。比較各組CRF發(fā)病情況,并分析發(fā)生CRF的危險因素。結(jié)果與C1組比較,其他各組TC[(4.91±0.93)vs(5.81±1.01),(5.28±0.83),(5.25±1.22)mmol/L]和TG[(1.11±0.58)vs(2.97±1.06),(2.13±1.26),(1.65±1.19)mmol/L]升高(P0.05)。男性新發(fā)CRF患者在C1~C4組中所占比例分別為4.47%、12.13%、13.31%和14.72%;女性分別為2.17%、4.96%、18.21%和36.43%。多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,校正年齡、BMI、SBP、DBP等因素影響后,SUA升高是CRF發(fā)病的獨立危險因素。結(jié)論 SUA升高是該研究中某干部人群發(fā)生CRF的獨立危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between serum uric acid (UAA) and the risk of chronic renal insufficiency (CRF). Methods 1181 patients who showed normal creatinine (SCR) level in our health examination in March 2009 and completed 3 years follow-up were selected as the study subjects. According to the SUA level, 726 cases of C2C2C360,420 渭 mol / L) group were divided into two groups according to the level of SUA: 123 cases of C3O42020 渭 mol / L group and 79 cases of C44-480 渭 mol / L group. The incidence of CRF in each group was compared and the risk factors of CRF were analyzed. Results compared with C1 group, TC (4.91 鹵0.93)vs(5.81 鹵1.01) and TG (1.11 鹵0.58)vs(2.97 鹵1.06 鹵1.65 鹵1.19)mmol/L) were significantly increased in other groups (P 0.05). The percentage of newly diagnosed CRF patients in the C1~C4 group was 4.47 / 12.1313.31% and 14.72% respectively, and that in the female was 2.174.96% and 18.21% and 36.43%, respectively. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the increase of SUA was an independent risk factor of CRF. Conclusion elevated SUA is an independent risk factor for the occurrence of CRF in a cadre population in this study.
