HIV新發(fā)感染者1型抗體蛋白印跡帶型分析

【摘要】:目的分析HIV-1抗體陽性新發(fā)感染者和長期感染者蛋白印跡帶型變化,探討它們的帶型分布特征。方法對2014-2016年湛江市HIV-1抗體陽性的男男人群進行新發(fā)感染檢測,確定新發(fā)感染組和長期感染組,對兩組的蛋白印跡帶型進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果膜蛋白gp41、gp120、gp160、酶蛋白p66和核心蛋白p24陽性率最高(總陽性率分別為94.7%、100.0%、100.0%、96.0%、100.0%),其次是酶蛋白p31、p51(總陽性率分別為84.0%、85.3%),核心蛋白p17(52.0%)和前體蛋白p55(24.0%)最低;新發(fā)感染者各帶型陽性率總體上比長期感染者低,具體是膜蛋白gp120、gp160和核心蛋白p24始終保持100.0%陽性率,酶蛋白p66稍有下降(100.0%降到94.7%),而其它帶型陽性率均有不同程度升高,且各帶型在新發(fā)感染和長期感染中差異沒有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);新發(fā)感染者缺失p17+p55(61.1%)比長期感染者(36.8%)要高很多(P=0.070)。結論帶型p17+p55的缺失可能提示為新發(fā)感染者(P=0.070),待繼續(xù)收集資料進一步闡明。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the changes of Western blotting patterns in new and long term infection with HIV-1 antibody positive, and to explore their distribution characteristics. Methods the new infection was detected in the male group with positive HIV-1 antibody in Zhanjiang city from 2014 to 2016. The new infection group and the long-term infection group were determined. The Western blotting patterns of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results the positive rates of membrane protein gp41 / gp120 / gp160, enzyme protein p66 and core protein p24 were the highest (the total positive rates were 94.770 / 100.010 / 100.0and 96.00 / 100.050, respectively), followed by p31p51.The total positive rates were 84.085.3s (the total positive rates were 84.085.3a, and the core protein p1752.0) and the precursor protein p5524.0 were the lowest. The positive rate of each band type of newly infected patients was lower than that of long-term infection. The positive rate of membrane protein gp120 gp160 and core protein p24 was 100.0%, while the positive rate of enzyme protein p66 decreased slightly from 100.0% to 94.7%, while the positive rate of other bands increased in varying degrees. There was no significant difference between each band type in new infection and long-term infection (P 0.05), but the loss of p17 p55 (61.1) in newly infected patients was much higher than that in long-term infection (36.8%). Conclusion the deletion of banded p17 p55 may indicate that the newly infected patients may be infected with P0.070, and further data will be collected for further elucidation.
