【摘要】：目的分析個(gè)人和家庭因素對(duì)農(nóng)村老年人生理健康和心理健康的影響。方法經(jīng)過(guò)培訓(xùn)的當(dāng)?shù)卣{(diào)查員對(duì)多階段抽樣產(chǎn)生的3 053名60歲以上農(nóng)村老年人進(jìn)行入戶訪問(wèn)調(diào)查。結(jié)果被調(diào)查老年人生理和心理健康總得分分別為(43.16±10.36)分和(44.62±8.65)分;年齡、性別、文化程度、婚姻狀況等個(gè)人因素和支出來(lái)源、子女?dāng)?shù)、子女關(guān)心老人健康程度等家庭因素都與農(nóng)村老年人健康相關(guān)。結(jié)論農(nóng)村老年人生理和心理健康評(píng)價(jià)不高,存在健康不公平現(xiàn)象,建議提高政府農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老保障水平,呼吁子女們?cè)黾訉?duì)老人的日常關(guān)心。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effects of personal and family factors on the physical and mental health of the elderly in rural areas. Methods A total of 3 053 rural elderly over 60 years old were investigated by trained local investigators. Results the total scores of physical and mental health were 43.16 鹵10.36 and 44.62 鹵8.65 respectively, age, sex, education, marital status and other personal factors, the source of expenditure, the number of children, and so on, the total score of physical and mental health were 43.16 鹵10.36 and 44.62 鹵8.65, respectively. Family factors such as children's care for the health of the elderly are related to the health of the elderly in rural areas. Conclusion the evaluation of physical and mental health of the elderly in rural areas is not high and the health is unfair. It is suggested that the government should raise the level of old-age security in rural areas and appeal to the children to increase their daily care for the elderly.
