邊緣性鋅缺乏對大鼠肥胖的影響

【摘要】:目的觀察邊緣性鋅缺乏對大鼠肥胖的影響。方法 SPF級成年雄性SD大鼠32只,隨機分為4組,低鋅組喂飼含6 mg/kg鋅的邊緣性鋅缺乏飼料,中鋅組喂飼含10 mg/kg鋅的邊緣性鋅缺乏飼料,低鋅對飼組和對照組喂飼正常鋅含量的AIN-93M飼料。喂養(yǎng)6周后,處死動物。測血鋅、血脂、血清瘦素含量,肝臟總抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平。結果低鋅組大鼠第5周起血鋅含量明顯低于低鋅對飼組和對照組(P0.05),成功建立邊緣性缺鋅模型。第6周時,低鋅組大鼠脂體比明顯高于低鋅對飼組和對照組(P0.05);低鋅組和中鋅組大鼠肝臟MDA含量明顯高于對照組(P0.05);低鋅組和中鋅組大鼠肝臟TAOC、SOD水平明顯低于對照組(P0.05)。結論邊緣性鋅缺乏可增加肥胖發(fā)生的風險,缺鋅組大鼠體內氧化應激升高可能是邊緣性鋅缺乏增加肥胖風險的主要原因。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of marginal zinc deficiency on obesity in rats. Methods Thirty-two adult male SD rats of SPF grade were randomly divided into 4 groups. The low zinc group was fed with marginal zinc deficiency diet containing 6 mg/kg zinc, while the middle zinc group was fed with 10 mg/kg zinc borderline zinc deficiency diet. Low zinc group and control group were fed with AIN-93M diet with normal zinc content. After 6 weeks of feeding, the animals were killed. The levels of serum zinc, serum lipid, serum leptin, total antioxidant capacity of liver, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured. Results the serum zinc content in the low zinc group was significantly lower than that in the low zinc feeding group and the control group from the 5th week, and the marginal zinc deficiency model was successfully established. At the 6th week, the lipid body ratio of the rats in the low zinc group was significantly higher than that in the low zinc feeding group and the control group (P 0.05), the MDA content in the liver of the low zinc group and the middle zinc group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the level of TAOCU SOD in the liver of the low zinc group and the middle zinc group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Peripheral zinc deficiency can increase the risk of obesity. The increase of oxidative stress in rats with zinc deficiency may be the main reason for increasing the risk of obesity.
