2016年全國碘缺乏病實驗室水碘檢測能力評價

【摘要】:目的考核全國所有的省和地市級以及部分縣級碘缺乏病實驗室的水碘檢測能力,了解各級實驗室水碘檢測的整體水平以及各實驗室間的差異。方法采用Z比評分法進(jìn)行檢測結(jié)果的統(tǒng)計學(xué)評價,評價各個實驗室的檢測能力。結(jié)果參加質(zhì)控考核的32個省級水碘實驗室反饋率和合格率均為100%;336個地市級水碘實驗室的反饋率為99.4%,合格率為98.2%;161個縣級水碘實驗室參加了考核,合格率為95.0%。結(jié)論全國省級實驗室的檢測結(jié)果非常接近,實驗室內(nèi)和實驗室間變異很小,檢測精密度和準(zhǔn)確度均保持在較高的水平。絕大部分地市級實驗室具備水碘檢測能力,建議未通過考核的實驗室查找原因,提高檢測水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the ability of water iodine detection in all provinces and prefectures and some county-level iodine deficiency disease laboratories in China, and to understand the overall level of water iodine detection and the differences among the laboratories at all levels. Methods Z-ratio scoring method was used to evaluate the test results. Results the feedback rate and qualified rate of 32 provincial water iodine laboratories participating in quality control examination were 100; the feedback rate of 336 municipal water iodine laboratories was 99.4, and the qualified rate was 98.2.The water iodine laboratories at 161 county level participated in the examination, and the qualified rate was 95.0. Conclusion the detection results of provincial laboratories in China are very close, the variation in laboratory and inter-laboratory is very small, and the precision and accuracy of detection are kept at a high level. Most of the prefecture-level laboratories have the ability to detect iodine in water. It is suggested that the laboratory that has not passed the examination should look for the reasons and improve the level of detection.
