【摘要】：勞力性熱射病(EHS)是一種病死率很高的急癥,起病急且識(shí)別困難。預(yù)防EHS發(fā)生的重點(diǎn)包括對(duì)環(huán)境的專業(yè)評(píng)估、預(yù)防措施的提前制訂、發(fā)病內(nèi)外風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子的識(shí)別、熱適應(yīng)和耐力訓(xùn)練的事前進(jìn)行、高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)人員的實(shí)時(shí)狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)等。EHS發(fā)生后,救治成功的關(guān)鍵在于準(zhǔn)確的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)識(shí)別及診斷,繼而迅速實(shí)施有效的降溫措施,為EHS患者轉(zhuǎn)入醫(yī)院治療贏得時(shí)間。本文對(duì)目前EHS患者從現(xiàn)場(chǎng)到醫(yī)院的國(guó)內(nèi)外救治現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述,總結(jié)目前EHS識(shí)別、診斷、降溫措施、醫(yī)院內(nèi)外救治的理念與原則,以期為醫(yī)院內(nèi)外EHS救治提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Exertional heat emitter disease (EHS) is an acute disease with high mortality and is difficult to identify. The emphases of preventing the occurrence of EHS include professional assessment of environment, early formulation of preventive measures, identification of internal and external risk factors, prior thermal adaptation and endurance training, real-time state monitoring of high-risk personnel, etc. The key to successful treatment lies in accurate field identification and diagnosis, and then effective cooling measures are carried out quickly to win time for EHS patients to be transferred to hospital for treatment. This article summarizes the current situation of treatment of EHS patients at home and abroad from the scene to the hospital, summarizes the current EHS identification, diagnosis, cooling measures, the idea and principle of treatment inside and outside the hospital, in order to provide reference and reference for the treatment of EHS inside and outside the hospital.
