山東省城市中老年人群血脂現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查

【摘要】:目的探討不同糖代謝狀態(tài)、性別、年齡、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)、血壓與血脂水平的關(guān)系。方法對山東省40歲以上城市社區(qū)中老年人10 028名行橫斷面調(diào)查,收集人口學(xué)資料,同時行口服葡萄糖耐量試驗(yàn),測定空腹總膽固醇(Cho)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)和甘油三酯(TG)。結(jié)果山東省40歲以上城市社區(qū)中老年人血清Cho、LDL-C、HDL-C、TG平均水平分別為(5.35±1.05)mmol/L、(3.18±0.86)mmol/L、(1.51±0.38)mmol/L、1.34 mmol/L。女性血清Cho、LDL-C、HDL-C、TG平均水平均高于男性,其中Cho、LDL-C、HDL-C差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.001)。血清Cho、LDL-C、TG平均水平隨血壓升高而升高(P=0.005,P=0.012,P=0.043),血清HDL-C平均水平隨血壓升高而降低(P=0.002)。血清Cho、LDL-C、TG平均水平隨體質(zhì)量指數(shù)增加而升高(P=0.013,P=0.023,P=0.007),血清HDL-C平均水平隨體質(zhì)量指數(shù)增加而降低(P=0.010)。糖耐量正常人群、糖尿病前期[空腹血糖受損(IFG)、糖耐量減低(IGT)及空腹血糖受損并糖耐量減低]人群、糖尿病人群血清Cho、LDL-C平均水平先升高后降低(P0.001),血清HDL-C平均水平逐漸降低(P=0.007),TG平均水平逐漸升高(P0.001)。血清Cho邊緣升高(5.18~6.21 mmol/L)和升高(≥6.22 mmol/L)的人群分別為36.92%、19.10%;LDL-C邊緣升高(3.37~4.13 mmol/L)和升高(≥4.14 mmol/L)人群分別為25.24%、13.39%;TG邊緣升高(1.70~2.25 mmol/L)和升高(≥2.26 mmol/L)人群分別為16.70%、17.47%;HDL-C降低(≤1.04 mmol/L)的人群為5.64%。結(jié)論山東省城市中老年人群血清總膽固醇和低密度脂蛋白膽固醇水平升高。性別、年齡、BMI、血壓、糖代謝狀態(tài)均可影響血脂水平。如不采取有效的預(yù)防和控制措施,中國心腦血管疾病的發(fā)病率仍將持續(xù)升高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between glycometabolism, sex, age, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure and blood lipid levels. Methods a cross-sectional study was conducted in 10028 middle aged and elderly people over 40 years old in Shandong Province, and the demographic data were collected and oral glucose tolerance test was performed to determine fasting total cholesterol (Cho) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (L). DL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and triglyceride (TG). Results the average level of serum Cho, LDL-C, HDL-C, TG in urban communities over 40 years old in Shandong province was (5.35 + 1.05) mmol/L, (3.18 + 0.86) mmol/L, (1.51 + 0.38) mmol/L, and 1.34 mmol/L. female serum Cho. The average level of serum Cho, LDL-C, TG increased with the increase of blood pressure (P=0.005, P=0.012, P=0.043), and the average level of serum HDL-C decreased with the increase of blood pressure (P=0.002). The average level of serum HDL-C increased with the increase of body mass index (P=0.002). The average level of serum HDL-C increased with body mass index (P=0.005, P=0.012, P=0.043). The average level of serum Cho increased with body mass index. The index increased and decreased (P=0.010). The people with normal glucose tolerance, pre diabetes [impaired fasting blood glucose (IFG), impaired glucose tolerance (IGT), impaired fasting blood glucose and impaired glucose tolerance], the serum Cho, LDL-C average level of diabetes population increased first and then decreased (P0.001), the serum HDL-C average level decreased gradually (P=0.007), and the average TG level gradually increased. High (P0.001). The population of serum Cho edge elevation (5.18~6.21 mmol/L) and elevation (> 6.22 mmol/L) were 36.92%, 19.10%; LDL-C marginal elevation (3.37~4.13 mmol/L) and elevated (4.14 mmol/L) population were 25.24%, 13.39%; TG margin increased (1.70~2.25 mmol/L) and increased (2.26 or 2.26) were 16.70%, 17.47%, respectively (less than 1). The population of.04 mmol/L) is the 5.64%. conclusion that the levels of serum total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the middle and old people of Shandong province are increased. The sex, age, BMI, blood pressure, and glucose metabolism can affect the level of blood lipid. If no effective prevention and control measures are taken, the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in China will continue to rise.
