【摘要】：正1病歷摘要患者男,40歲。面頸部、胸背部、雙上肢及手背斑塊伴瘙癢4年余�；颊�4年前無明顯誘因鼻翼出現(xiàn)紅色斑丘疹伴瘙癢,當(dāng)時(shí)未診治。隨后斑丘疹逐漸增多,波及到面部、胸背部、雙上肢及手背,出現(xiàn)雙手活動(dòng)明顯受限并伴有疼痛、毛發(fā)變稀疏及左眼視物模糊等,曾在西寧多家醫(yī)院就診,具體不詳,治療無效果,為求
