【摘要】：正勃起功能障礙(ED)是指在有性交意愿的情況下陰莖持續(xù)至少3個(gè)月不能達(dá)到和(或)維持充分的勃起狀態(tài)而獲得滿意的性生活~([1])。DM中ED患者為正常人群的3倍,且ED發(fā)生較正常人群早10~15年~([2~4])。DM陰莖組織中終末糖基化產(chǎn)物(AGEs)含量較正常人明顯增多~([5]),應(yīng)用AGEs抑制劑能改善DM大鼠勃起功能~([6])。本文對(duì)AGEs在DMED的發(fā)生、發(fā)展中
[Abstract]:Erectile dysfunction (EDD) is three times the number of patients with Ed who are not able to achieve and / or maintain a full erectile state for at least 3 months if they have sexual intercourse ([1] .DM). In addition, Ed occurred 10 ~ 15 years earlier than that in normal subjects ([2] 4). The end glycosylation products (ages) in the penile tissue of DM were significantly higher than those in normal controls ([5]). The application of AGEs inhibitor could improve erectile function in DM rats ([6]). This paper deals with the occurrence and development of AGEs in DMED.
