【摘要】：目的觀察IGT伴或不伴高甘油三酯血癥(HTG)患者硫氧還原蛋白相互作用蛋白(TXNIP)與胰島功能的關(guān)系。方法選取IGT患者90例(IGT組),IGT合并HTG患者87例(IGT+HTG組)以及正常對照組(NGT組)90名。檢測各組血漿TXNIP水平,靜脈葡萄糖耐量試驗(IVGTT)評價第一時相胰島素分泌(FPIR),HOMA-β用于評價基礎(chǔ)胰島功能。結(jié)果IGT組血TXNIP水平高于NGT組(P0.05),而IGT+HTG組TXNIP水平進一步升高,與IGT組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。胰島β細胞功能指數(shù)(HOMA-β)和FPIR在NGT組、IGT組、IGT+HTG組逐漸下降,各組間兩兩比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。相關(guān)分析顯示,HOMA-β和FPIR與TXNIP呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論 IGT患者血漿TXNIP升高,合并HTG患者升高更明顯;基礎(chǔ)胰島功能及早時相胰島素分泌功能均與血漿TXNIP相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between IGT and islet function in patients with or without hypertriglyceridemia. Methods Eighty-seven patients with IGT complicated with HTG were selected from 90 patients with IGT and 90 patients with HTG from normal control group. Plasma TXNIP levels were measured and IVGTT (intravenous glucose tolerance test) was used to evaluate the function of basal islets in the first phase of insulin secretion. Results the serum TXNIP level in IGT group was higher than that in NGT group (P 0.05), but the TXNIP level in IGT HTG group was higher than that in IGT group (P 0.05). The islet 尾 cell function index (HOMA- 尾) and FPIR decreased gradually in NGT group (P 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that HOMA- 尾 and FPIR were negatively correlated with TXNIP (P 0.05). Conclusion Plasma TXNIP is increased in IGT patients, especially in patients with HTG, and insulin secretion is correlated with plasma TXNIP at early stage of basal islet function.
