【摘要】：目的:通過分析帕金森病患者與健康對照者骨密度(BMD)和血清25-羥維生素D(25-OH-Vit D)濃度,探索帕金森病患者骨折發(fā)生原因。方法:使用雙能X線骨密度檢測儀(DEXA)對帕金森病患者和健康體檢者進(jìn)行BMD測定,酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗檢測血清25-OH-Vit D濃度。結(jié)果:帕金森病患者股骨頸T值、腰椎總T值明顯低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01);帕金森組血清25-OH-Vit D濃度明顯低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01);帕金森患者腰椎總T值、股骨頸T值、血清25-OH-Vit D濃度與帕金森HY分級之間的負(fù)性相關(guān)關(guān)系均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:帕金森病患者骨質(zhì)疏松發(fā)生率高于對照組,血清25-OH-Vit D濃度低于對照組,帕金森患者骨折發(fā)生可能由骨密度下降和血清25-OH-Vit D濃度降低引起。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the causes of fracture in Parkinson's disease patients by analyzing the concentration of bone mineral density (BMD) and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25-OH-Vit D) in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) and healthy controls. Methods: dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) was used to detect BMD in Parkinson's disease patients and healthy controls. Serum 25-OH-Vit D concentration was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results: the T value of femoral neck and total T value of lumbar vertebrae in Parkinson's disease patients were significantly lower than those in control group (P 0.01), the serum 25-OH-Vit D concentration in Parkinson's group was significantly lower than that in control group (P 0.01), the total T value of lumbar vertebrae in Parkinson's disease group was significantly lower than that in control group. There was no significant negative correlation between T value of femoral neck, serum 25-OH-Vit D concentration and Parkinson's HY grade. Conclusion: the incidence of osteoporosis in patients with Parkinson's disease is higher than that in the control group, and the serum 25-OH-Vit D level is lower than that in the control group. The fracture of Parkinson's disease may be caused by the decrease of bone mineral density and the decrease of serum 25-OH-Vit D concentration.
