2型糖尿病與血清基質(zhì)細(xì)胞衍生因子-1水平的相關(guān)性

【摘要】:目的探討2型糖尿病(T2DM)與血清基質(zhì)細(xì)胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)水平的關(guān)系。方法采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)流行病學(xué)調(diào)查的方法,對(duì)北京市某區(qū)40歲及以上的社區(qū)居民進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查、體格檢查及SDF-1等指標(biāo)檢測(cè)。研究共納入756例研究對(duì)象,包括T2DM患者267例及非T2DM患者489例,并根據(jù)有無大血管并發(fā)癥將T2DM患者分為單純T2DM組81例和合并大血管病變組186例,進(jìn)而分析T2DM與血清SDF-1水平的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果組間比較分析顯示,T2DM患者血清SDF-1水平高于非患者組(P=0.019)。進(jìn)一步對(duì)比單純T2DM組及合并大血管病變組,結(jié)果顯示單純T2DM患者SDF-1水平高于合并大血管病變組(P=0.044)。多元線性回歸分析顯示,調(diào)整年齡、性別、吸煙、飲酒、高血壓、血脂異常和BMI后,單純T2DM患者SDF-1水平仍高于合并大血管病變患者(P=0.049)。結(jié)論單純T2DM患者SDF-1水平高于非T2DM患者及T2DM合并大血管病變患者,提示SDF-1可能與T2DM及T2DM合并大血管病變存在一定的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between type 2 diabetes mellitus T 2 DM and serum stromal cell derived factor-1 (- 1) SDF-1. Methods the community residents aged 40 and above in a certain district of Beijing were investigated with questionnaire, physical examination and SDF-1. A total of 756 patients were included in the study, including 267 patients with T2DM and 489 patients without T2DM. According to whether there were macrovascular complications, T2DM patients were divided into simple T2DM group (81 cases) and complicated macrovascular disease group (186 cases). The correlation between T2DM and serum SDF-1 level was analyzed. Results the serum SDF-1 level of T2DM patients was higher than that of non-patient group (P < 0. 019). The results showed that the level of SDF-1 in patients with T2DM was higher than that in patients with macroangiopathy. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that after adjusting for age, sex, smoking, alcohol consumption, hypertension, dyslipidemia and BMI, the level of SDF-1 in patients with simple T2DM was still higher than that in patients with macrovascular disease. Conclusion the level of SDF-1 in simple T2DM patients is higher than that in non- patients and T2DM patients with macroangiopathy, suggesting that SDF-1 may be correlated with T2DM and T2DM with macroangiopathy.
