【摘要】：類風濕關(guān)節(jié)炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一種以關(guān)節(jié)滑膜炎為主要表現(xiàn)的全身性自身免疫性疾病,除關(guān)節(jié)病變外還可有多種關(guān)節(jié)外病變。類風濕血管炎(rheumatoid vasculitis,RV)是RA最為嚴重的并發(fā)癥之一,它主要累及中小血管,是一種破壞性、炎癥性的病理過程,最終導致血管閉塞、組織或器官缺血壞死。其病因和發(fā)病機制尚未完全明確,本文將著重從自身抗體、免疫復合物與細胞因子、基因等方面介紹其發(fā)病機制以及治療方面的有關(guān)研究進展。
[Abstract]:Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a systemic autoimmune disease characterized by synovitis. Rheumatoid vasculitis (RV) is one of the most serious complications of RA. It mainly involves small and medium blood vessels and is a destructive and inflammatory pathological process leading to vascular occlusion and ischemic necrosis of tissues or organs. Its etiology and pathogenesis have not been completely clear. This article will focus on the autoantibodies, immune complexes and cytokines, genes and other aspects of its pathogenesis and treatment of the related research progress.
