【摘要】：美國糖尿病學(xué)會(ADA)發(fā)布的糖尿病醫(yī)學(xué)診療標準是指導(dǎo)臨床醫(yī)師針對糖尿病進行規(guī)范化診療的最重要指南之一�；谧钚碌呐R床研究證據(jù),ADA每年都會對糖尿病醫(yī)學(xué)診療標準進行吏新,以期為臨床醫(yī)師、患者及研究者提供診斷、評估及管理方面的指導(dǎo)。2017年版糖尿病醫(yī)學(xué)診療標準已于2017年1月以增刊形式發(fā)表在Diabetes Care上。本文旨在對其更新的內(nèi)容、更新基于的循證醫(yī)學(xué)證據(jù)、更新的意義等方面進行解讀。
[Abstract]:The American Diabetes Association (ADA) published the Diabetes Medical diagnosis and treatment Standard is one of the most important guidelines to guide clinicians in the standardized diagnosis and treatment of diabetes. Based on the latest clinical evidence, ADA updates the criteria for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes every year in an effort to provide diagnostics for clinicians, patients and researchers. Guidelines on Assessment and Management. The 2017 version of the Diabetes Medical Standards was published in January 2017 as a supplement to the Diabetes Care. The purpose of this paper is to interpret the updated content, the updated evidence-based medical evidence and the significance of the update.
