【摘要】：目的:研究坤泰膠囊聯(lián)合谷維素對圍絕經(jīng)期婦女內分泌紊亂的改善作用。方法:選取2013年8月—2014年8月本院接診的60例圍絕經(jīng)期患者作為本次研究對象,按隨機數(shù)表法分為觀察組和對照組,對照組給予谷維素治療,觀察組給予坤泰膠囊聯(lián)合谷維素進行治療,觀察兩組患者治療后E2、FSH、LH水平,血脂總膽固醇和甘油三酯水平,高、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇水平,癥狀改善,臨床療效。結果:治療后,觀察組E2(69.25±8.51)pmol/L優(yōu)于對照組(45.09±7.23)pmol/L;FSH、LH(29.12±5.69、30.03±9.01)U/L均小于對照組(45.10±7.02、42.83±10.05)U/L,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);觀察組血脂總膽固醇和甘油三酯(7.56±1.23、3.02±1.01)mmol/L均小于對照組(8.97±2.13、5.97±1.28)mmol/L,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);觀察組高、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇水平(2.37±0.52、1.80±0.57)g/L均優(yōu)于對照組(2.06±0.51、2.15±0.46)g/L,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);觀察組煩熱出汗、失眠、情緒煩躁、心神不寧改善時間(12.09±3.01、14.01±2.10、10.20±2.13、13.09±2.72)d均小于對照組(21.03±6.23、19.52±5.10、19.70±6.10、20.17±6.08)d,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);觀察組臨床療效95.00%(57/60)優(yōu)于對照組68.33%(41/60)差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:坤泰膠囊聯(lián)合谷維素治療圍絕經(jīng)期婦女內分泌紊亂療效顯著,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of Kuntai capsule combined with oryzanol on endocrine disorder in perimenopausal women. Methods: from August 2013 to August 2014, 60 patients with peri-menopausal period were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number method, the control group was treated with oryzanol, and the control group was treated with oryzanol. The observation group was treated with Kuntai capsule combined with oryzanol. After treatment, the levels of E _ 2 FSH LH, total cholesterol and triglyceride, high and low density lipoprotein cholesterol, symptom improvement and clinical efficacy were observed. Results: after treatment, the levels of E2P 69.25 鹵8.51)pmol/L in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (45.09 鹵7.23 mmol / L, 29.12 鹵5.69 鹵30.03 鹵9.01)U/L, 45.10 鹵7.02 鹵42.83 鹵10.05 渭 mol / L, respectively), and the total cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (8.97 鹵2.135.97 鹵1.28 mmol / L, P 0.05). The low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) level of 2.37 鹵0.52 鹵1.80 鹵0.57)g/L was significantly higher than that of the control group (2.06 鹵0.51g / L, 2.15 鹵0.46g / L, P 0.05). The improvement time of Xinshuning was 12.09 鹵3.01 鹵2.101 鹵10.20 鹵2.13, 13.09 鹵2.72 days, which was lower than that of the control group (21.03 鹵6.23 鹵19.52 鹵5.1070 鹵6.10 鹵20.17 鹵6.08 d), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the clinical efficacy of the observation group was 95.000.57% (P < 0.05), which was better than that of the control group (68.33 鹵41 / 60). Conclusion: Kuntai capsule combined with oryzanol in the treatment of endocrine disorders in perimenopausal women is worth popularizing.
