【摘要】：目的分析2型糖尿病患者不同維生素D水平組之間靜力性平衡指標的差異,探討維生素D對平衡功能的影響。方法對86名年齡32~78歲的2型糖尿病患者進行研究,測定體重指數(shù)、跟骨骨密度、25(OH)D3水平等指標,應用Foot Scan Balance7.7平板式足底壓力測試系統(tǒng)評估靜力性平衡功能,獲得壓力中心的移動軌跡總長度(TTW)及包繞95%壓力中心移動軌跡在內(nèi)的橢圓面積(EA)兩項平衡參數(shù),分析維生素D對平衡參數(shù)的影響。結果 86名受檢者平均年齡(54.99±10.19)歲,男女比例40∶46,按照25(OH)D3水平分為3組:嚴重缺乏組(10 ng/ml,n=32);缺乏組(≥10 ng/ml而20 ng/ml,n=40);不足組(≥20 ng/ml而30 ng/ml,n=14)。維生素D嚴重缺乏組壓力中心移動軌跡總長度(TTW)及包繞95%壓力中心移動軌跡在內(nèi)的橢圓面積(EA)明顯高于不足組,差異存在統(tǒng)計學意義[(10.66±4.42)mm對(97.0±20.1)mm;(11.55±8.78)mm2對(6.58±2.68)mm2,P0.05]。多元逐步回歸分析顯示25(OH)D3水平與壓力中心移動軌跡總長度(TTW)及包繞95%壓力中心移動軌跡在內(nèi)的橢圓面積(EA)成負相關,相關系數(shù)分別為-1.835和-0.247,P0.05。且獨立于年齡、性別、跟骨骨密度等因素。結論糖尿病患者中維生素D水平同靜力性平衡之間存在獨立負相關,對糖尿病患者進行維生素D的篩查及補充仍有待進一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of vitamin D on balance function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 86 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus aged 32 to 78 years were studied. Body mass index (BMI), calcaneal bone mineral density (BMD) and bone mineral density (BMD) of calcaneus were measured. The static balance function was evaluated by Foot Scan Balance7.7 plantar pressure test system. Two equilibrium parameters, TTW (total length of pressure center trajectory) and EAA (elliptical area), including the orbit around 95% pressure center, are obtained.
