【摘要】：方法采用調(diào)查問卷方法調(diào)查我院職業(yè)體檢人群35559例,測(cè)定人群的身高、體重、體重指數(shù)(BMI)、血壓、血糖、血脂,掌握杭州地區(qū)職業(yè)人群血脂異常的相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素。目的通過分析我院2014年1-12月職業(yè)人群健康體檢結(jié)果,了解杭州地區(qū)職業(yè)人群血脂水平和血脂異常患病率現(xiàn)狀,以及分析血脂異常的相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)果杭州地區(qū)職業(yè)人群健康體檢,混合型高脂血癥患病率53.0%,男性52.4%,女性53.8%,高膽固醇血癥患病率：男性35.7%,女性34.4%；高甘油三酯血癥患病率：男性24.4%,女性26.5%；低高密度脂蛋白膽固醇血癥患病率：男性14.2%,女性17.0%�；旌闲透咧Y患病率、高甘油三酯血癥患病率、低高密度脂蛋白膽固醇血癥患病率女性高于男性,高膽固醇血癥患病率男性高于女性�？偰懝檀�(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)水平隨著年齡的增加而增高,其中TC、LDL-C水平于51-55歲組達(dá)到最高峰,后呈下降趨勢(shì)；而HDL-C水平則隨著年齡的增加而呈下降趨勢(shì)。根據(jù)職業(yè)人群分析,引起血脂水平升高的職業(yè)依次為自由職業(yè)者、公務(wù)員、其他人員(主要包括街道、村、社會(huì)組織等)、醫(yī)務(wù)人員等。經(jīng)Logistic回歸分析顯示,血脂異�；疾÷逝c年齡、職業(yè)、體重指數(shù)、血壓、血糖呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),與性別呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論杭州地區(qū)職業(yè)人群健康體檢的血脂異�；疾÷瘦^高,調(diào)查人群的血脂異常危險(xiǎn)因素為年齡、職業(yè)、高BMI、高血壓、高血糖,而男性為保護(hù)因素。
[Abstract]:Methods 35559 cases of occupational physical examination in our hospital were investigated by questionnaire. Height, body weight, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids, and the relative risk factors of dyslipidemia in occupational population in Hangzhou were determined. Objective to analyze the health examination results of occupational population in Hangzhou from January to December 2014 to understand the status of blood lipids and the prevalence rate of dyslipidemia and to analyze the risk factors of dyslipidemia. Results the health examination of the occupational population in Hangzhou, The prevalence rate of mixed hyperlipidemia was 53.0, male 52.4, female 53.8. the prevalence rate of hypercholesterolemia was 35.7in males and 34.4g in females; the prevalence of hypertriglyceridemia was 24.4in males and 26.5in females; the prevalence of low density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was 14.2cm in males and 17.0g in females. The prevalence of mixed hyperlipidemia, hypertriglyceridemia, low density lipoprotein cholesterol in women was higher than that in males, and the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia in males was higher than that in females. The LDL-C level of TC, TG, LDL-C increased with the increase of age. The LDL-C level reached its peak in 51-55 age group and then decreased, while the HDL-C level decreased with age. According to the analysis of occupational population, the occupations that caused the increase of blood lipid level were the freelance, civil servants and other personnel (mainly including street, village, social organization and so on), medical staff and so on. Logistic regression analysis showed that the prevalence of dyslipidemia was positively correlated with age, occupation, body mass index, blood pressure and blood glucose, but negatively correlated with gender. Conclusion the prevalence of dyslipidemia was higher in the occupational population in Hangzhou. The risk factors of dyslipidemia were age, occupation, high BMI, hypertension, hyperglycemia, and male was the protective factor.
