【摘要】：風(fēng)濕病不僅是我國(guó)慢性病中危害面大、給病患家庭和國(guó)家醫(yī)療保障系統(tǒng)帶來(lái)沉重負(fù)擔(dān)的常見(jiàn)病,而且在我國(guó)有接近1億人的龐大風(fēng)濕病患群體中,有相當(dāng)大部分患者處在非正常的診療狀態(tài),這不僅增加了病患的痛苦,大幅度的減少了我國(guó)可用勞動(dòng)力資源,更為我國(guó)醫(yī)療行業(yè)診治風(fēng)濕病的規(guī)范化帶來(lái)了難度。本文作者的指導(dǎo)老師是一個(gè)有著10年風(fēng)濕病的患者,在通過(guò)長(zhǎng)期的求醫(yī)問(wèn)藥的過(guò)程中,已經(jīng)“久病成醫(yī)”,特別是在利用無(wú)線智能傳感器+智能手機(jī)+互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)收集和處理技術(shù),協(xié)助主治醫(yī)生治療相關(guān)疾病方面有了一些方法和手段,讓風(fēng)濕病況控制在一定的范圍內(nèi)。在減少患者病痛,確保生活質(zhì)量的基礎(chǔ)上,不僅做到了生活自理,達(dá)到正常人的工作體能,同時(shí)還大幅度減少了求醫(yī)問(wèn)藥的成本。通過(guò)對(duì)類(lèi)風(fēng)濕病的治療觀察,本文將類(lèi)風(fēng)濕病患康復(fù)情況指標(biāo)歸納為兩大類(lèi):主觀評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和客觀評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。其中主觀評(píng)價(jià)是對(duì)患者在服藥期間很難量化的一些只能用文字描述感覺(jué),定性可以但定量很難的評(píng)價(jià),比如:還有沒(méi)有晨僵現(xiàn)象、能不能獨(dú)自穿上衣服、毛巾能否擰得干、睡眠是否受影響等;客觀評(píng)價(jià)則是一些設(shè)備可以量化的體外理化參數(shù),比如:病患關(guān)節(jié)疼痛耐受值、腫脹情況及表面溫度變化情況等。圍繞這兩大評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),本文提出并設(shè)計(jì)了一種離院風(fēng)濕病患康復(fù)信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)主要包括前端的信息采集部分(類(lèi)風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)檢測(cè)器)和智能手機(jī)的應(yīng)用程序開(kāi)發(fā)部分(基于Android平臺(tái)的《離院風(fēng)濕病患康復(fù)信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)》應(yīng)用程序)和服務(wù)器設(shè)計(jì)部分。涉及到的主要技術(shù)有:數(shù)據(jù)采集和處理技術(shù)、無(wú)線通信技術(shù)、Android開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)等。本文將重點(diǎn)介紹這個(gè)利國(guó)利民的求醫(yī)問(wèn)藥的辦法,特別是在前端的針對(duì)類(lèi)風(fēng)濕患者康復(fù)信息的采集上做詳細(xì)介紹。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括:分析了研究課題的背景及意義,設(shè)計(jì)離院風(fēng)濕病患康復(fù)信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的整體方案,提出并設(shè)計(jì)了一種便攜式檢測(cè)器,利用無(wú)線智能傳感器和智能手機(jī)搭建前端的數(shù)據(jù)采集硬件平臺(tái),設(shè)計(jì)并編寫(xiě)軟件程序完成系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)。該系統(tǒng)基本解決了離院病患康復(fù)信息空缺的問(wèn)題,為主治醫(yī)生提高診療效果提供了主客觀分析依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Rheumatism is not only a common disease that causes a heavy burden on patients' families and national health care systems, but also a huge group of rheumatic diseases with close to 100 million people in our country. Most of the patients are in an abnormal state of diagnosis and treatment, which not only increases the pain of patients, greatly reduces the available labor resources in our country, but also brings difficulties to the standardization of the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatism in the medical profession of our country. The teacher of this article is a patient with rheumatism for 10 years who has become a doctor after a long period of seeking medical advice. Especially in the use of wireless smart sensor smart phone Internet related data collection and processing technology to assist the attending physician in the treatment of related diseases have some methods and means to keep rheumatism conditions within a certain range. On the basis of reducing the patient's pain and ensuring the quality of life, not only can we take care of ourselves, but also greatly reduce the cost of seeking medical advice. Through the observation on the treatment of rheumatoid diseases, the indexes of rehabilitation of rheumatoid patients were divided into two categories: subjective evaluation index and objective evaluation index. The subjective evaluation is that some of the patients who are difficult to quantify during the course of taking medicine can only be described in words, qualitative but difficult to quantify. For example, whether there is morning stiffness, whether you can put on clothes alone, and whether the towels can be twisted dry, Objective evaluation is the physical and chemical parameters in vitro which can be quantified by some equipment, such as pain tolerance, swelling and surface temperature change of patients. According to these two evaluation indexes, this paper proposes and designs a rehabilitation information service system for patients with rheumatic diseases in hospital. The system mainly includes the front-end information collection part (rheumatoid joint detector) and the application development part of smart phone (the application program of off-hospital rheumatism rehabilitation information service system based on Android platform) and the server design part. The main technologies involved are: data acquisition and processing technology, wireless communication technology and Android development technology. This article will focus on this method of seeking medical advice, especially on the front end of the collection of information on the rehabilitation of rheumatoid patients. The main research contents include: analyzing the background and significance of the research topic, designing the whole scheme of the rehabilitation information service system for rheumatic patients in hospital, and proposing and designing a portable detector. Using wireless smart sensor and smart phone to build the front-end data acquisition hardware platform, design and write software program to complete the development of the system. The system basically solves the problem of the information vacancy of patients' rehabilitation, and provides subjective and objective analysis basis for the attending doctors to improve the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment.
