【摘要】：二甲雙胍作為糖尿病一線治療用藥,使用廣泛。但在實(shí)際臨床使用中,二甲雙胍的療效和不良反應(yīng)均存在個(gè)體差異,這可能與患者的遺傳背景有關(guān)。研究參與二甲雙胍的吸收、轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)、攝取、排泄過程的相關(guān)基因多態(tài)性,與藥物代謝和療效多樣性之間關(guān)系的藥物基因組學(xué),成為目前研究的熱點(diǎn)。藥物基因組學(xué)也是精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)的理論基礎(chǔ)之一。本文就二甲雙胍治療T2DM的藥物基因組學(xué)研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)綜述。
[Abstract]:Metformin is widely used as a first-line treatment for diabetes.However, there are individual differences in the efficacy and adverse reactions of metformin in clinical use, which may be related to the genetic background of the patients.The study of the genetic polymorphism involved in metformin absorption, transport, uptake and excretion, and its relationship with drug metabolism and therapeutic diversity, has become a hot topic.Pharmacogenomics is also one of the theoretical bases of precision medicine.This article reviews the advances in pharmacogenomics of metformin in the treatment of T2DM.
