【摘要】：由于艾滋病病毒(HIV)的噬神經(jīng)性,HIV侵入中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)可導(dǎo)致神經(jīng)認(rèn)知損傷。隨著聯(lián)合抗反轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒療法(ART)的廣泛使用,HIV相關(guān)神經(jīng)認(rèn)知障礙(HAND)的嚴(yán)重階段HIV相關(guān)性癡呆患者顯著減少,但輕型HAND的發(fā)病率確有升高趨勢�，F(xiàn)行的HAND診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是基于臨床評估、神經(jīng)心理學(xué)測試和自我報告日�；顒舆M(jìn)行的診斷,難以準(zhǔn)確地對HAND診斷和分類,亟待依據(jù)HAND發(fā)病機(jī)理探索敏感的、有效的生物標(biāo)志物用于預(yù)測HAND的發(fā)生風(fēng)險,輔助HAND的臨床診斷及療效評估。現(xiàn)將HAND發(fā)病機(jī)制研究最新進(jìn)展及其相關(guān)生物標(biāo)志物的探索進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:The invasion of HIV into the central nervous system by HIV / AIDS can lead to neurocognitive impairment.With the extensive use of antiretrovirals combined with ART, the incidence of HIV associated dementia in severe stage of HIV related dementia decreased significantly, but the incidence of mild HAND did increase.The current diagnostic criteria for HAND are based on clinical evaluation, neuropsychological tests and self-reported daily activities, so it is difficult to diagnose and classify HAND accurately. Therefore, it is urgent to explore the sensitivity based on the pathogenesis of HAND.Effective biomarkers are used to predict the risk of HAND and to assist in the clinical diagnosis and evaluation of the efficacy of HAND.This paper reviews the recent progress in the pathogenesis of HAND and its biomarkers.
