【摘要】：目的:觀察黃芪注射液聯(lián)合硫辛酸注射液治療糖尿病足的臨床療效。方法:120例糖尿病足患者,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組(硫辛酸注射液組)和治療組(硫辛酸注射液聯(lián)合黃芪注射液組),每組各60例,兩組療程均為28d。比較兩組治療后臨床效果、血糖變化、腓總神經(jīng)和腓腸神經(jīng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度(MNCV)和感覺(jué)神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度(SNCV);血液流變學(xué)變化情況;血清中腫瘤細(xì)胞壞死因子(TNF-α),白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6),血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)因子(VEGF)指標(biāo)變化。結(jié)果:治療28d后,治療組總有效率顯著高于對(duì)照組;治療組糖化血紅蛋白值較對(duì)照組顯著降低;治療組腓總神經(jīng)和腓腸神經(jīng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度(MNCV)和感覺(jué)神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度(SNCV)顯著快于對(duì)照組;治療組血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)顯著低于對(duì)照組;兩組血清中TNF-α、IL-6濃度顯著降低,VEGF濃度顯著升高,且治療組上述生化指標(biāo)改善程度顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:黃芪注射液聯(lián)合硫辛酸注射液進(jìn)行糖尿病足治療,取得了良好的治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of astragalus injection combined with lipoic acid injection on diabetic foot.Methods 120 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into two groups: control group (lipoic acid injection group) and treatment group (Astragalus membranaceus injection group) with 60 cases in each group. The course of treatment in both groups was 28 days.The changes of blood glucose, motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCVV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCVV) of common peroneal nerve and sural nerve were compared between the two groups.The changes of TNF- 偽, IL-6 and VEGF in serum were observed.Results: after 28 days of treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the glycosylated hemoglobin value in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCVV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SNCVV) of the common peroneal nerve and sural nerve in the treatment group were significantly faster than those in the control group, and the hemorheological indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The concentration of TNF- 偽 IL-6 in serum of both groups decreased significantly and the concentration of VEGF increased significantly, and the improvement of the above biochemical indexes in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion: Astragalus injection combined with lipoic acid injection is effective in treating diabetic foot.
