【摘要】：目的比較賴氨酰氧化酶樣蛋白2(LOXL-2)在系統(tǒng)性硬化癥(SSc)和混合性結(jié)締組織病(MCTD)活動(dòng)期患者血清中的表達(dá)情況。方法用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(ELISA)法檢測(cè)20例SSc和20例MCTD患者中LOXL-2的濃度,進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果在活動(dòng)期MCTD和SSc患者血清中LOXL-2的蛋白表達(dá)量高于對(duì)照組(均P0.05),且在SSc患者中LOXL-2濃度與患者皮膚病變?cè)u(píng)分(mRSS)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.982 P=0.001)。結(jié)論 LOXL-2在SSc和MCTD活動(dòng)期患者的血清中高表達(dá),可能與LOXL-2促進(jìn)組織纖維化及血管炎的發(fā)生相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the expression of lysyl oxidase-like protein 2-LOXL-2 in the serum of patients with systemic sclerosis (SSC) and mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD).Methods the concentrations of LOXL-2 in 20 patients with SSc and 20 patients with MCTD were detected by Elisa.Results the expression of LOXL-2 protein in serum of patients with active MCTD and SSc was higher than that of control group (all P 0.05), and there was a positive correlation between LOXL-2 concentration and skin lesion score in patients with SSc.Conclusion the high expression of LOXL-2 in the serum of patients with active SSc and MCTD may be related to the occurrence of tissue fibrosis and vasculitis promoted by LOXL-2.
