【摘要】：目的運用Meta分析綜合評價中國青年學生艾滋病病毒(HIV)和梅毒的感染狀況,并且分析其時間和地區(qū)分布。方法檢索萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫、中國知網(wǎng)及PUBMED數(shù)據(jù)庫,并通過相應檢索策略收集關于中國青年學生HIV和梅毒感染率的調(diào)查文獻。對其進行數(shù)據(jù)提取,運用R軟件計算合并率,并進行發(fā)表偏倚的評估。結(jié)果共有27篇文獻入選。2004-2014年,不同年份的HIV總體合并率,其結(jié)果變動在0~0.013%之間;計算梅毒總體合并率,其結(jié)果變動在0~0.17%之間。在各地區(qū)中,一類省份的合并HIV感染率(0.012%)高于二類、三類省份;合并梅毒感染率與HIV疫情分類省份間無明顯關聯(lián),其結(jié)果變動在0.026%~0.056%之間。結(jié)論中國青年學生HIV、梅毒的合并感染率總體都處于上升趨勢,控制該人群中HIV的感染和傳播,對遏制中國艾滋病的流行有重要意義。亟須加強關于學生性行為和預防HIV、梅毒的教育及干預工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the prevalence of HIV / AIDS and syphilis among young Chinese students by Meta analysis, and to analyze their time and distribution.Methods Wanfang database, Chinese knowledge network and PUBMED database were searched, and the literatures about the infection rate of HIV and syphilis among young Chinese students were collected by corresponding retrieval strategies.The data were extracted, the merging rate was calculated by R software, and the bias of publication was evaluated.Results A total of 27 articles were selected from 2004 to 2014. The overall combined rate of HIV in different years varied from 0 to 0.013%, and that of syphilis from 0 to 0.17%.In each region, the co-infection rate of HIV in the first class was higher than that in the second and the third. There was no significant correlation between the infection rate of syphilis and the classified provinces of HIV epidemic situation, and the result varied from 0.026% to 0.056%.Conclusion the coinfection rates of HIV and syphilis among young Chinese students are all on the rise. It is important to control the infection and transmission of HIV in this population in order to curb the prevalence of AIDS in China.There is an urgent need to strengthen education and intervention on student sexuality and HIV and syphilis prevention.
