【摘要】：目的觀察內(nèi)脂素(visfatin)對kkay糖尿病小鼠骨骼肌組織磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶(PI3K)和葡萄糖轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白4(GLUT-4)的影響。方法 C57BL/6J小鼠隨機分為普通飼料喂養(yǎng)組(CON)、高脂飼料喂養(yǎng)組(HFD),kkay小鼠隨機分為糖尿病模型組(DM)和visfatin治療組(V)。采用實時熒光定量PCR和Western blot方法測定各組小鼠骨骼肌中PI3K和GLUT-4的mRNA和蛋白表達。結果 V組腹腔注射visfatin后的血糖較注射前下降(P=0.013),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。DM組PI3K、GLUT-4的mRNA及蛋白表達量較CON組、HFD組降低(P0.05),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義;V組PI3K、GLUT-4的mRNA及蛋白表達量較DM組增加(P0.05),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。結論內(nèi)脂素可上調(diào)骨骼肌組織PI3K和GLUT-4的表達。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effects of visfatin on phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase (PI3K) and glucose transporter 4 (GLUT-4) in skeletal muscle of kkay diabetic mice.Methods C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into two groups: the normal diet group, the high fat diet group and the high fat diet group.
