【摘要】:目的觀察內(nèi)脂素(visfatin)對(duì)kkay糖尿病小鼠骨骼肌組織磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶(PI3K)和葡萄糖轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白4(GLUT-4)的影響。方法 C57BL/6J小鼠隨機(jī)分為普通飼料喂養(yǎng)組(CON)、高脂飼料喂養(yǎng)組(HFD),kkay小鼠隨機(jī)分為糖尿病模型組(DM)和visfatin治療組(V)。采用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR和Western blot方法測(cè)定各組小鼠骨骼肌中PI3K和GLUT-4的mRNA和蛋白表達(dá)。結(jié)果 V組腹腔注射visfatin后的血糖較注射前下降(P=0.013),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。DM組PI3K、GLUT-4的mRNA及蛋白表達(dá)量較CON組、HFD組降低(P0.05),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;V組PI3K、GLUT-4的mRNA及蛋白表達(dá)量較DM組增加(P0.05),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論內(nèi)脂素可上調(diào)骨骼肌組織PI3K和GLUT-4的表達(dá)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effects of visfatin on phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase (PI3K) and glucose transporter 4 (GLUT-4) in skeletal muscle of kkay diabetic mice.Methods C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into two groups: the normal diet group, the high fat diet group and the high fat diet group.
