基于MRI圖像的眼眶脂肪體積定量測定方法

【摘要】:目的建立一種新型基于MRI圖像簡單、快速、定量測量眼眶脂肪體積的方法。方法本文采集甲狀腺相關(guān)性眼病患者眼眶和標準脂肪模具的自旋回波序列T1WI成像的MRI圖像,通過計算單層脂肪截面積,利用體積累加的方法進行體積定量測量,并對操作計時,同時檢驗測量方法的精確度、信度和可重復性,以及測量者間的一致性。結(jié)果本文所建立的新方法可準確測量出眼眶脂肪體積(平均差百分比絕對值均1%),耗時短,可重復性高(CV均1%),可信度優(yōu)(ICC=0.996,95%CI:0.985~0.999),一致性高(Bland-Altman差值法分析95%一致性界限:-0.54~0.90)。結(jié)論這是一種快速簡單測量眼眶脂肪體積的新方法,具有耗時短、精確度高、重復性好、一致性高、可信度優(yōu)、學習成本低等優(yōu)勢,極具臨床推廣價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a new method for quantitative measurement of orbital fat volume based on MRI images. Methods the MRI images of orbit and standard fat mould of patients with thyroid associated ophthalmopathy were collected by spin echo sequence T1WI imaging. By calculating the section area of single layer fat, using the method of volume accumulation to measure the volume quantitatively, and timing the operation, the accuracy, reliability and repeatability of the measurement method are also tested. Results the new method established in this paper can accurately measure the volume of orbital fat. The reproducibility and reliability of ICC0.99695 CI: 0.9850.999and Bland-Altman difference analysis 95% -0.540.900.Conclusion this new method is a fast and simple method for measuring orbital fat volume, which has the advantages of short time consuming, high accuracy, good repeatability and high consistency. Good credibility, low learning cost and other advantages, very valuable for clinical promotion.
