【摘要】：目的探討硒聯(lián)合甲巰咪唑?qū)Ω窭追蛩共?Graves)病伴輕度突眼患者甲狀腺功能、眼球突出度、甲狀腺自身抗體及細胞因子的作用。方法選取Graves病伴輕度突眼患者共65例,隨機分為對照組、觀察組。對照組(30例)口服甲巰咪唑15~30 mg/d,觀察組(35例)口服甲巰咪唑15~30 mg/d和硒酵母片100μg,2次/d。分別檢測治療前及治療后6個月血清甲狀腺激素(FT3、FT4)水平、促甲狀腺激素(TSH)水平、眼球突出度變化、甲狀腺自身抗體(TPOAb、TRAb、TGAb、IgG、IgA和IgM)及細胞因子(IL-2、IL-6)水平。結(jié)果治療6個月后,兩組患者FT_3、FT_4、眼球突出度水平、TGAb、TRAb、IgG及IgA水平均較治療前降低,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。TSH水平升高,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組TPOAb、IgM、IL-6水平亦較治療前降低(P0.05),但治療后兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。IL-2水平升高(P0.05),但治療后兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論硒在Graves病及Graves眼病患者中具有抗炎作用,硒輔助治療Graves病伴輕度突眼具有一定的療效,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of selenium combined with methimazole on thyroid function, exophthalmos, thyroid autoantibodies and cytokines in patients with Graves disease and mild exophthalmos. Methods 65 patients with Graves disease with mild exophthalmos were selected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 30), control group (n = 30), methimazole 1530 mg / d, observation group (n = 35), methimazole 1530 mg/d and selenium yeast tablet, respectively. The serum thyroid hormone FT3T4 was measured before and 6 months after treatment. Results after 6 months of treatment, the levels of TPO, TPO, TRAb, TGAb, IgA and IgM, and cytokine IL-2IL-6) were decreased in both groups, and the levels of TGAbTRAbIgA and IgA were decreased in both groups after 6 months of treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). TSH level was increased. The level of IL-6 in the two groups was also lower than that before treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment. But there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment. But there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment. Conclusion selenium in Graves disease and Graves eyes is not significantly different. The disease patients have anti-inflammatory effect, Selenium adjuvant therapy for Graves's disease with mild exophthalmos is effective and worthy of clinical application.
