【摘要】：正患者女,56歲。右上臂疼痛不適10余年,摔倒后疼痛加重2天。查體:右上肢活動(dòng)受限,手及腕部活動(dòng)基本正常。患者10余年前右上臂曾遭受高壓電擊傷,右肱骨粉碎性骨折伴軟組織電擊傷,患者選擇保守治療后上肢活動(dòng)受限,手及腕部功能逐漸恢復(fù),可操作簡(jiǎn)單工具。X線片(圖1):右肱骨大部骨質(zhì)缺如,殘留骨質(zhì)密度不均,肱骨下端可見骨質(zhì)密度減低,下段骨
[Abstract]:The patient is 56 years old. Pain in the right upper arm is unwell for more than 10 years, and the pain after falling is aggravated for 2 days. Physical examination: the movement of the right upper limb is limited, and the movement of the hands and wrist is basically normal. The patient suffered a high-voltage electric shock injury to the right upper arm more than 10 years ago. Comminuted fracture of right humerus accompanied with electric injury of soft tissue, the upper limb movement was restricted after conservative treatment, hand and wrist function gradually recovered, simple tool. X ray film can be operated (fig. 1: right humeral bone is absent, residual bone density is uneven. The lower end of the humerus showed a decrease in bone density and a lower segment of bone.
