【摘要】：目的探討白內(nèi)障超聲乳化手術(shù)聯(lián)合術(shù)后激光光凝治療老年白內(nèi)障伴糖尿病黃斑水腫(DME)的凹視網(wǎng)膜厚度、眼壓的相關(guān)性研究。方法老年白內(nèi)障伴DME患者72例,根據(jù)隨機(jī)對(duì)照表分為對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)組各36例,對(duì)照組均行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化白內(nèi)障超聲乳化聯(lián)合人工晶狀體置入手術(shù),試驗(yàn)組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上,于手術(shù)后1 w予以激光光凝治療。治療后對(duì)比分析兩組臨床療效、視力提高率、中心凹視網(wǎng)膜厚度(CMT)、眼壓降低、視力變化以及并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率情況。結(jié)果治療后試驗(yàn)組臨床總有效率、視力提高率高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。兩組CMT、眼壓降低,且試驗(yàn)組低于對(duì)照組,視力提高,且試驗(yàn)組高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。兩組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論白內(nèi)障超聲乳化手術(shù)聯(lián)合術(shù)后激光光凝治療老年白內(nèi)障伴DME的臨床療效顯著,并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率較低,適宜臨床應(yīng)用推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between retina thickness and intraocular pressure in the treatment of senile cataract with diabetic macular edema by phacoemulsification combined with laser photocoagulation. Methods 72 cases of senile cataract with DME were studied. According to the random comparison table, each group was divided into two groups: the control group (n = 36) and the experimental group (n = 36). The control group received standardized phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation, and the experimental group was based on the control group. Laser photocoagulation was performed 1 week after operation. The clinical efficacy, visual acuity, retinal thickness of fovea and intraocular pressure were compared between the two groups. Results after treatment, the total effective rate and visual acuity of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). The IOP of the two groups was lower than that of the control group, and the visual acuity of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups. Conclusion the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with laser photocoagulation in the treatment of senile cataract with DME is significant and the incidence of complications is low. It is suitable for clinical application.
