【摘要】：中國(guó)社會(huì)老齡化的進(jìn)程不可阻擋,老年人各種各樣的不舒服,越來(lái)越多的軀體癥狀是老化?是疾病?自然衰老與病理改變相互交錯(cuò);多病共存,相互激惡,極易發(fā)生并發(fā)癥是老年人的特點(diǎn)。醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步日新月異,使得大多數(shù)疾病都是可治的。疾病該治,老年人的疾病是否都需要治療?如何管理好老年群體?重視預(yù)防與康復(fù),做好老年病人的健康管理,以醫(yī)學(xué)的整體觀、整合觀來(lái)指導(dǎo)醫(yī)生的臨床決策,注重個(gè)體化處理、慎重選擇治療方案,以病人的利益為最大化原則,謹(jǐn)防過(guò)度醫(yī)療,用好現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療技術(shù),解除老年人痛苦,為老年人服好務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The aging process of China's society is unstoppable, the elderly are all kinds of discomfort, more and more physical symptoms are aging? Is it a disease? Natural aging and pathological changes intersect each other; many diseases coexist, each other excites each other, and complications are characteristic of the elderly. Advances in medical technology with each passing day make most diseases treatable. Are diseases of the elderly in need of treatment? How to manage the elderly? Pay attention to prevention and rehabilitation, do a good job of health management of elderly patients, guide doctors' clinical decisions with the holistic and integrated view of medicine, pay attention to individualized treatment, carefully select treatment schemes, and take the interests of patients as the principle of maximization. Guard against excessive medical treatment, use modern medical technology, relieve the pain of the elderly, and serve the elderly well.
