【摘要】：目的了解烏魯木齊市糖尿病患者結(jié)核病防治知識(shí)知曉情況,以及對(duì)結(jié)核病的態(tài)度、就醫(yī)行為和獲取結(jié)核病防治知識(shí)的渠道。方法以2015年7-12月在新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)烏魯木齊市新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一、第二和第五附屬醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌科室門診就診及住院部在治的確診為2型糖尿病的患者為調(diào)查對(duì)象,開展問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果本次共調(diào)查599例糖尿病患者,其結(jié)核病核心信息總知曉率為51.13%,核心信息全部知曉率為4.17%。7條核心信息中,糖尿病患者對(duì)結(jié)核病癥狀、就診機(jī)構(gòu)、免費(fèi)檢查和免費(fèi)治療政策知曉情況最低,分別為32.78%、40.40%、36.68%和47.65%。多元回歸分析結(jié)果顯示民族和受教育水平是影響糖尿病患者結(jié)核病防治知識(shí)知曉率的主要因素。64.77%的糖尿病患者存在對(duì)結(jié)核病患者歧視的態(tài)度傾向。81.83%的糖尿病患者愿意了解更多預(yù)防結(jié)核病病的衛(wèi)生知識(shí),希望了解知識(shí)的途徑主要為大眾媒體(67.69%)、文字性讀物(48.57%)和專題宣傳品(48.79%)。結(jié)論烏魯木齊市糖尿病患者結(jié)核病防治知識(shí)知曉情況仍處于較低水平,尤其是少數(shù)民族患者和受教育水平較低者知曉率較低,今后需要加大對(duì)該人群結(jié)核病防治知識(shí)的宣傳力度。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the knowledge and attitude towards tuberculosis in patients with diabetes mellitus in Urumqi. Methods from July to December, 2015, the first in Xinjiang Medical University of Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region. In the second and 5th affiliated hospitals, the outpatient department of the Endocrinology Department and the in-patient department diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus as the objects of investigation. Results A total of 599 patients with diabetes mellitus were investigated. The total awareness rate of tuberculosis core information was 51.13, and the total core information awareness rate was 4.17.7 core information. Among the core information, diabetes patients had the lowest knowledge of tuberculosis symptoms, medical institutions, free examination and free treatment policies. 36.68% and 47.65%, respectively. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that nationality and education level were the main factors influencing the knowledge of TB prevention and control in diabetic patients. 64.77% of the diabetics had a tendency to discriminate against TB patients. 81.83% of the diabetics had a tendency to discriminate against TB patients. More than 10 percent of people with diabetes are willing to learn more about the health aspects of tuberculosis prevention, The main ways to understand the knowledge are the mass media 67.69m, the text reading material 48.57) and the special propaganda material 48.790.Conclusion the knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and control in Urumqi is still at a low level. In particular, the awareness rate of minority patients and those with lower education level is low, so it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda of TB prevention and control knowledge in this group in the future.
