【摘要】：人口老齡化促進了衰老與慢病的相關(guān)研究,提出衰弱的概念,現(xiàn)已成為老年醫(yī)學(xué)研究的熱點問題之一。衰弱是一種即將發(fā)生失能等臨床事件的危險狀態(tài),對健康預(yù)期壽命已構(gòu)成重大威脅,值得臨床高度關(guān)注。衰弱評估被認為是對老年人進行危險分層非常實用的工具。最早提出的衰弱表型評分目前應(yīng)用最為廣泛。可以通過一些臨床檢測指標如握力、步速等來標準化衰弱表型評分。衰弱指數(shù)能更敏感地預(yù)測患者的預(yù)后,但是需評估的項目繁瑣眾多,耗時較長,使用較少。由衰弱表型評分及衰弱指數(shù)衍生出十余種評估方法可分為自報型工具、評分型工具及指數(shù)型工具,根據(jù)其特點可用于不同場合的衰弱評估。
[Abstract]:The aging of the population to promote the related research of aging and chronic disease, the weak concept, has become one of the hot issues in gerontological research. Frailty is a impending disability risk status of clinical events, has posed a great threat to the healthy life expectancy, it is worthy of clinical attention. The assessment is considered to be weak the elderly risk stratification is very useful tool. The original weak phenotype score is the most widely used. Through some clinical indicators such as handgrip strength, pace to the standard weak phenotype score. The frailty index can be more sensitive to predict the prognosis of patients, but should assess the project many time-consuming, tedious, use less.
