【摘要】：目的探討濾泡輔助性T細(xì)胞(Tfh)在系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡(SLE)患者外周血的比例及其臨床意義。方法收集60例SLE患者(SLE組)及60例健康體檢者(對照組)外周血,采用流式細(xì)胞術(shù)方法檢測CXCR5+ICOS+的CD4+T細(xì)胞(即Tfh細(xì)胞)的比例,并分析Tfh細(xì)胞比例與患者疾病活動度及自身抗體的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 SLE組患者外周血Tfh細(xì)胞比例明顯高于對照組(t=5.830,P0.01),且SLE活動組明顯高于SLE穩(wěn)定組(t=7.313,P0.01),但狼瘡腎炎組患者Tfh比例與無腎炎狼瘡組比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(t=0.986,P=0.328)。SLE患者外周血Tfh細(xì)胞比例與疾病活動度、血清總IgG、抗核抗體滴度及抗dsDNA均呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論 SLE患者外周血Tfh細(xì)胞的比例升高可能與患者疾病的發(fā)生及發(fā)展有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the proportion of peripheral blood follicular helper T cells (TFH) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and its clinical significance. Methods Peripheral blood samples were collected from 60 patients with SLE and 60 healthy controls. The percentage of CD4 T cells (Tfh cells) of CXCR5 ICOS was detected by flow cytometry. Results the percentage of Tfh cells in peripheral blood in SLE group was significantly higher than that in control group (5.830) P0.01, and that in SLE active group was significantly higher than that in SLE stable group, but the incidence of lupus nephritis was higher than that in lupus nephritis group. The proportion of Tfh in patients without lupus nephritis was higher than that in patients without lupus nephritis. There was no significant difference in the percentage of Tfh cells and disease activity in peripheral blood of patients with SLE. Serum total IgG, antinuclear antibody titer and anti dsDNA were positively correlated with P0.05.Conclusion the increase in the proportion of Tfh cells in peripheral blood of patients with SLE may be related to the occurrence and development of the disease.
