【摘要】：目的探討Proteus綜合征(Proteus syndrome,PS)的臨床病理特點及鑒別診斷。方法回顧性分析2例具有腦回狀纖維組織增生特征的PS臨床表現(xiàn)與組織病理學(xué)特點,并復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。結(jié)果患者均自幼發(fā)病,隨年齡增長進(jìn)行性加重,例1表現(xiàn)為雙側(cè)手指和足趾甲床不對稱性腦回狀纖維組織增生以及多發(fā)性色素痣,例2表現(xiàn)為左側(cè)下肢骨骼、左足、左足趾及軟組織不對稱性過度增生肥大,足趾軟組織腦回狀纖維組織增生,左下肢及足背血管畸形。病理組織學(xué)表現(xiàn)為真皮內(nèi)大量膠原纖維增生、成纖維細(xì)胞稀疏、彈力纖維缺乏等病理學(xué)特點。結(jié)論 PS是一種罕見的先天性錯構(gòu)瘤,具有多變的畸形特征,其正確診斷需與臨床表現(xiàn)密切結(jié)合,并與其表現(xiàn)相似的先天性綜合征鑒別。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinicopathological features and differential diagnosis of Proteus syndrome (Proteus syndromes). Methods the clinical and histopathological features of 2 cases of PS with the characteristics of gyrus fibrous hyperplasia were retrospectively analyzed. Results all the patients developed since childhood and were aggravated with age. Case 1 presented bilateral finger and toe nail bed asymmetrical ileal fibrous hyperplasia and multiple pigmented nevus, case 2 showed left lower limb bone. Left foot, left toe and soft tissue hypertrophy, left toe soft tissue gyrus fibrous tissue hyperplasia, left lower extremity and dorsal foot vascular malformation. Conclusion PS is a rare congenital hamartoma with variable deformities. The correct diagnosis of PS should be closely combined with clinical manifestations and differentiated from congenital syndromes with similar manifestations.
