【摘要】：目的探討社區(qū)老年人超重和肥胖與虛弱的關(guān)系,為超重和肥胖老年人預(yù)防虛弱進(jìn)程提供依據(jù)。方法采用便利抽樣法,將鄭州市南關(guān)社區(qū)和航海社區(qū)老年人作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)1 410名老年人的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及身體評(píng)估結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果鄭州市社區(qū)老年人總體超重肥胖率較高,女性超重率和肥胖率均高于男性。Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示在控制年齡、婚姻狀況等因素的情況下,超重和肥胖是虛弱的危險(xiǎn)因素(均有P0.05)。結(jié)論鄭州市老年人超重率和肥胖率較高,超重和肥胖是虛弱的危險(xiǎn)因素,應(yīng)盡早采取措施控制老年人體重,延緩虛弱進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between overweight and obesity and weakness among the elderly in the community, and to provide the basis for the prevention of weakness in the overweight and obese elderly. Methods the elderly in Nanguan community and navigation community of Zhengzhou were chosen as the research objects by using convenience sampling method. Results the prevalence of overweight and obesity among the elderly in Zhengzhou community was higher than that of male. Logistic regression analysis showed that the rate of overweight and obesity was higher than that of male. Under the condition of marital status, overweight and obesity are the risk factors of weakness (P 0.05). Conclusion the overweight and obesity rates of the elderly in Zhengzhou are higher, and overweight and obesity are the risk factors of weakness. Measures should be taken to control the body weight of the elderly as soon as possible. Delay the debilitating process.
