【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者男,37歲。30年前無明顯誘因于右頰部出現(xiàn)米粒大小紅色小丘疹,逐漸增多、增大,發(fā)展至鼻部、雙頰、下頜部和背部,中線部位最為明顯,無任何自覺癥狀,未治療�；颊呒韧w健,無遺傳性疾病史及藥敏史。系統(tǒng)檢查未見異常。神志清楚,反應(yīng)敏捷,智力正常。皮膚科情況:鼻部、雙頰、下頜部可見密集淡紅色柔軟的丘疹,直徑約1~10mm,大部分已經(jīng)融合成
