【摘要】：代謝綜合征已成為全球性的健康問題。microRNA(miRNA)是一類能夠調(diào)節(jié)基因表達(dá)的短單鏈Q(jìng)g源非編碼RNA(約22 nt),在轉(zhuǎn)錄后水平調(diào)節(jié)基因表達(dá)。miRNA在代謝綜合征中發(fā)揮重要作用,藥食同源的天然產(chǎn)物可以通過調(diào)控miRNA的活性和功能,改善糖脂代謝紊亂。本文主要綜述miRNA在糖尿病、肥胖等代謝綜合征的致病機(jī)制中的研究進(jìn)展,深入分析了藥食同源的天然產(chǎn)物對miRNA的調(diào)控機(jī)制,可為發(fā)掘miRNA在代謝綜合征預(yù)防、診斷、治療中的潛在價(jià)值提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Metabolic syndrome has become a global health problem. MicroRNAs miRNAs are a class of short single-stranded Qg-source noncoding RNAs that can regulate gene expression (about 22 NTS), which play an important role in metabolic syndrome at the posttranscriptional level. The natural products of drug and food homology can improve the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism by regulating the activity and function of miRNA. This article reviews the research progress of miRNA in the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome such as diabetes, obesity and so on. The regulation mechanism of natural products of drug and food homology on miRNA was deeply analyzed, which could provide theoretical basis for exploring the potential value of miRNA in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of metabolic syndrome.
