【摘要】：骨質(zhì)疏松癥是一種以骨量降低和骨組織微結(jié)構(gòu)破壞為特征,導(dǎo)致骨脆性增加和易于骨折的代謝性疾病。隨著人口的老齡化,骨質(zhì)疏松目前在世界上已成為一個(gè)較大的社會(huì)問(wèn)題,嚴(yán)重影響老年人群的健康和壽命。近年來(lái),中藥巴戟天在對(duì)骨質(zhì)疏松治療方面的研究日益增多,并且也取得了一定進(jìn)展。主要包括巴戟天及其提取物在骨細(xì)胞、動(dòng)物、臨床個(gè)體水平防治骨質(zhì)疏松癥的療效和作用機(jī)理。本文綜述了近幾年關(guān)于巴戟天治療骨質(zhì)疏松癥的相關(guān)研究,并對(duì)其未來(lái)發(fā)展進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Osteoporosis is a metabolic disease characterized by the decrease of bone mass and the destruction of bone microstructure, which leads to the increase of bone brittleness and the tendency to fracture. With the aging of the population, osteoporosis has become a major social problem in the world. In recent years, the research of traditional Chinese medicine Morinda officinalis in the treatment of osteoporosis has been increasing, and has also made some progress, mainly including Morinda officinalis and its extracts in bone cells, animals, The therapeutic effect and mechanism of prevention and treatment of osteoporosis at individual level were reviewed in this paper. The related studies on the treatment of osteoporosis by Morinda officinalis in recent years were reviewed and its future development was prospected.
