【摘要】：目的探討康復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)療法對(duì)老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的干預(yù)作用。方法 58例老年T2DM患者隨機(jī)分為干預(yù)組和對(duì)照組各29例,經(jīng)6個(gè)月運(yùn)動(dòng)療法干預(yù)后,比較血糖控制情況和運(yùn)動(dòng)療法干預(yù)對(duì)血糖和血脂的影響。結(jié)果干預(yù)后,干預(yù)組空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血紅蛋白水平均顯著低于對(duì)照組(均P0.01);干預(yù)組FPG、總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)水平均顯著低于干預(yù)前(P0.01)。結(jié)論康復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)療法可以有效控制和降低血糖、血脂,干預(yù)效果明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of rehabilitation exercise therapy on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods 58 elderly patients with T2DM were randomly divided into intervention group (n = 29) and control group (n = 29). Results after intervention, fasting blood glucose, FPGG and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the intervention group were compared with those in the exercise therapy group. The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin in intervention group were significantly lower than those in control group (all P 0.01), and the levels of FPG, TC, TG, LDL-C in intervention group were significantly lower than those before intervention. Conclusion Rehabilitation exercise therapy can effectively control and reduce blood glucose and blood lipid. The effect of intervention was obvious.
