【摘要】：目的探討雷公藤多苷片聯(lián)合潑尼松治療風濕性多肌痛患者的臨床療效,并對血漿、免疫蛋白進行分析。方法將86例風濕性多肌痛患者隨機分為觀察組和對照組,每組43例。觀察組給予雷公藤多苷片聯(lián)合潑尼松治療,對照組僅給予潑尼松片治療。比較兩組患者的臨床療效;并測定患者紅細胞沉降率、C反應蛋白、血紅蛋白、血小板及血清免疫球蛋白的情況。結果觀察組臨床有效率為90.70%,對照組臨床有效率為58.14%,兩組臨床療效相比,差異具有統(tǒng)計學顯著性(P0.05);觀察組治療后與治療前PMR-AS相比,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01),對照組治療后與治療前PMR-AS相比,差異具有統(tǒng)計學顯著性(P0.05),治療后,觀察組PMR-AS顯著低于對照組(P0.05);治療后,兩組患者的紅細胞沉降率、C反應蛋白、血小板、血清免疫球蛋白水平顯著低于治療前(P0.05),血紅蛋白水平顯著高于治療前(P0.05);且治療后,觀察組患者的各項檢測指標水平與對照組相比,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。兩組不良反應發(fā)生率相比,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論雷公藤多苷片聯(lián)合潑尼松治療風濕性多肌痛的療效優(yōu)于單獨給予潑尼松,對患者血漿紅細胞沉降率、血清免疫球蛋白、C反應蛋白、血小板有降低的作用,對血紅蛋白有升高的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets combined with prednisone in the treatment of rheumatic polymyalgia, and to analyze the plasma and immune proteins. Methods 86 patients with rheumatic polymyalgia were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 43 patients in each group were treated with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets combined with prednisone, while the control group were treated with prednisone tablets only. Results the effective rate of platelet and serum immunoglobulin was 90.70 in the observation group and 58.14 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). Compared with pre-treatment PMR-AS, the difference was statistically significant in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the PMR-AS in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), the erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). The serum immunoglobulin level was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the hemoglobin level was significantly higher than that before treatment. The difference was statistically significant in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside combined with prednisone is more effective than prednisone alone in the treatment of rheumatic polymyalgia. The erythrocyte sedimentation rate, serum immunoglobulin C reactive protein and platelet were decreased and hemoglobin was increased.
